From Lok, so your paladin, congrats.

Anyway yes, you get a Cloak now, you can customize to your liking before we begin with the actual techniques. Pick one

-A bunch of cloaks appear-
Is that "Everyone who came to the thread"?

Sabo walks along the row of cloaks and he spots one the cops his interest, he takes it off the rack and inspects it. He sees that the green Nekura clan symbol is on the back but he also notices that is very similar to his own cloak, it was even the same colour. He takes off his own and leaves it on the rack then he puts on his new Nekura cloak. He turns around and sees that it fits quite nicely.

Nice nice, now then.

( Bakudō no Shichijūkyū: Kuyō Shibari ) - Way of Binding Number Seventy Nine: Nine Sunlight Traps
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user makes four handseals, causing eight small portals to emerge on all sides around the opponent, a metre away. Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a multitude of ropes, that seek to ensnare the target. If they are successful in capturing the target and immobilizing him, a ninth portal opens up a few inches in front of his torso, and completes the binding, restricting the opponent from all motion. If the opponent however, avoids being caught in the ropes from the first eight portals, nothing occurs. Upon being bound, the opponent takes 30 damage due to being in contact with Keigoku, and gets a searing headache that disrupts his concentration.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

This is a basic technique. You open 8 portals all around your opponent that shoot out keigoku ropes and ensnare the opponent and then a 9th opens in the middle once the binding is complete and completes the binding. the portals open really close to the opponent.

That seems like a really OP technique, most average Rpers mightn't be able to get out of it. I honestly don't think I could if I was up against it. I don't really have any questions because the picture explains it pretty well. Correct me if I'm wrong but can he move before the ninth portal is opened? And what kind of window of opportunity does he have?

According to lok, you can open the portals simultaneously considering the fact that opening portals all at the same time(except the 9th) since it doesn't require a jutsu/chakra to open portals. And once the ninth portal is opened, he wouldn't be able to move, he is rendered immobile and the long exposure to keigoku would make him Retarded, literally. Also, nothing can go through the portals other then keigoku, making dodging/avoiding even harder. Since your a Paladin, I think your Keigoku can through things like Hardening technique(Rock armour) and stuff like that.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave
Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

A technique that goes nicely with the above, in the case they actually escape the former technique, then this can be used to have keigoku breakdown into needles and chase after the opponent.

So are the needles like homing missiles? Or can they be dodged?

Also, what is strong against keigoku and what is weak against it? Element wise.

Ermm, they are more akin to homing missiles, but they don't move on their own, you control them with your chakra, so they follow, but on your command. Also, keigoku is strong/weak to nothing, its completely unaffected by elements, it can pass through elements.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Self
Chakra: 30 (+10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

Rather simple isnt it? Just open a portal and send keigoku into techniques launched from the body, creating a double/combo element, like lightning/keigoku attacks.

Probably my favorite out of the lot cause if you hid it in a massive flame thrower S-Rank fire jutsu the opponent wouldn't have a clue it's actually inside the fire.

Can chakra sensors sense keigoku? And can the Uchiha and Hyuuga Clan see it?

Chakra sensors get two types of inflammation back, chakra or no chakra. They could sense chakra but not know its keigoku. Uchiha's and Hygua's could see it, they can differentiate between chakra and hygua can see EVERYTHING!

( Togesuzumebachi no Ame ) - Rain of Stinging Wasps
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )
Damage: 60
Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide, causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause. This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

Final technique for your rank. Its really useful, creates raindrops of keigoku to fall over the sky. Portals acting like clouds and whatnot.

It definitely sounds useful as well but if my keigoku can pass through rock and shit can it pass through let's say a earthen barrier?

Depends on the size/thickness of it. If its really thin, then yeah. if its, lets say thicker than the width 3 Iphones stacked together then nah.

Well rain is pretty thin so then I suppose it could. If any new clan techs are made are we just going to return to this thread?

Yup, also, like to note about ranking up.

In order to become a black knight, you have to beat a current Black Knight and Show alot of skill with Keigoku.

Oh right well when I become much more skilled in the ways of the Nekura. You can guess who I'm coming to. xD
