Hello there. Tell me every detail you know about this clan. O_O
Hi dur.

I suppose I'll start with the history first then. These was this lad called the Sage of Six Paths and this big mug called the Juubi. The Sage of Six Paths was pissed off with the Juubi for whatever reason so he wanted to decided to seal him away inside his body and become a jinchuuriki. The juubi tried to have absolutely none of that but in the end up he was sealed away by the sage of six paths. Some of the juubi's excess chakra was however not sealed and just spread out across the land the fight took place. The juubi used his most powerful and potent techniques during that battle therefore leaving the place eternally scarred by the Juubi's foul chakra. The juubi's chakra then, with a mind of its own, began looking for a partner of sorts to go into and inhabit, so to speak. The foul chakra found a man and forced its way into his body, burning the mark of the Nekura Clan into the palm of his hand. The chakra then attempted to get back to the juubi's body and so it traveled to the moon and is now staying at the dark side of the moon waiting for one of the Nekura clansmen to call upon it using his mark.

Now for all I know about the abilities which isn't really a lot. The first thing I know off the top of my head is the fact that instead of calling the Juubi's chakra 'foul chakra' the Nekura Clan instead calls it Keigoku. Also as I said in the history the Juubi's foul chakra now spends all of its time on the dark side of the moon. In order for the Nekura clansman to be able to use it in battle he calls upon the mark on the palm of his hand. The keigoku is then transported from the dark side of the moon through portals and once on earth the Nekura clansman can bend the keigoku to his will. The keigoku does not necessarily do physical damage to the opponent, it instead does serious mental damage. It attacks the brain and puts severe pressure on the opponent's mind, this will result in very painful headaches. Keigoku can also travel through solid objects but depending on what rank you are in the clan it will vary on what kinds of objects your keigoku can pass through. Keigoku can also be transported from one person to another through eye sight but only higher up clan members can access this technique. The Nekura are so filled with the Juubi's chakra that they reject any and all foreign chakra that attempts to enter their body, their tenketsu will be completely closed off because of the keigoku. This makes the Nekura unaffected by any and all genjutsu.

Without looking at the history and abilities that's all I really know about the Clan, off the top of my head. I hope it's enough.

Alright, I'm giving you the wallie, only because it contains information too important to miss.

When the SO6P fought the Jyuubi, the battle waged on years and years and the foul chak the Jyuubi exorted was so great that it scarred the earth, so dangerous that it was almost living, hoping to find someone to live off of in exchange for power. It latched itself onto Anshoku, burning the clan's symbol of Demon on his palm, the same very symbol you have on the inside of yours. Trying to get back closer to it's orginial master, it traversed back to the moon, where the Jyuubi was sealed. However that symbol on Anshoku's hand allowed him to summon this chakra through the use of portals.

As for the abilities, I'll going to post a section of them and explain each to ensure you got it.

"The abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku". The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.

Essentially the main ability of the clan, we access this chakra we called Keigoku through the use of portals we open up. Think of it as a s/t hallway of sorts, one door is open on the moon, where the chakra of the Jyuubi travels through and another portal is open somewhere on the battlefield, in short wherever you choice to open it. We can only send Keigoku through these portals, nothing else. Opening a portal doesn't count as a move but seeing as to merely opening a portal does nothing and doesn't prevent a jutsu from hitting you, you can see it as completely useless unless you channel chakra through it in the form of a jutsu.

The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master

The Keigoku doesn't do any physical harm to a foe. Well, that's to say it doesn't affect the opponent's physical being. The Keigoku is a chakra so foul, so corrupt, that it rots away a foe's conscious and mind. Once contact has been made with a foe, even the slightest of brush against exposed skin, causes great agony upon their brains and mind, taken the concept of mental torture further than genjutsu can take it. Prolonged exposure can cause great damage to their brain, leaving the foe in a comatose like state until they receive training. Because it focuses on the actual conscious and soul of an object, it is able to pass through solid material, such as trees, buildings, waves, etc. However that all depends on the rank and experience of the user. A seer's Keigoku is unable to even pass through a door while the Clan Head on the opposite end of the spectrum can send his keigoku through something as large as a mountain range, depending on the rank of the jutsu used. If the Keigoku touches the mind of a summoning, it causes the mind to go through great pain, not enough to disburse, but enough to corrupt the mind, turning it against it's master, making it a temporary ally as long as it's on the field, depending on the rank of the technique.

Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head. Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.

Two of the strongest techniques of the clan, the Evil Eye transfers Keigoku directly to the face of the foe, causing intense pain near instantly. The Drain does exactly what the name says, drains the target of chakra and brings it back to themselves, powering them more and allows you to fight longer despite injuries you might have sustained. Of course, these jutsus are advanced and only the Cla Council and up can learn the Evil Eye and Possibly Black Knight and higher for The Drain, I'm not sure atm.

Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes. An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.

Due to the Jyuubi's chakra, the Keigoku, always surging through off, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. They'll have to work 3 times as hard, likely using higher ranked jutsus to heal small wounds. Luckily, we have a very special cloak, that blocks most weapon strikes, including kunais and shuriken.

Any questions?

No, you've covered everything I was wondering about here but if any questions come to mind later on I'll be sure to post them in the tavern.

Right I don't know much and I assume I can't look back at the clan info since the training's started. First of all Keigoku is the impure chakra from the juubi. It is situated on the moon and the Nekura harness that keigoku, transporting it from the moon to the battlefield through portals. However, the Nekura cannot become astronauts by using these portals they are only meant for transporting keigoku from the moon. The keigoku can be used in various ways but not mainly physical pain, no, keigoku attacks the opponent's mind causing severe strains on the mind so much so that the opponent can be taken out without the Nekura needing to move at all. The Nekura are also filled with keigoku, basically walking manifestations of the juubi's chakra and because of this all of their chakra points are clogged up. Chakra can't get in and chakra can't get out. Chakra not getting in would be the main advantage because it basically takes away the use of genjutsu on the Nekura leaving even the most skilled genjutsu users, like Lilli and Scorps, genjutsu related techniques useless. Also it basically takes away the hyuuga clan's fighting style. The fighting style I'm sure you know is based upon sending the chakra into your opponent's chakra points but because of the keigoku the Hyuuga member's chakra will be rejected. The main downside to the keigoku is that Nekura cannot use any sage mode or curse marks or anything related to chakra being gathered inside of you or 'placed' inside of you.

I only have one question as of now. Is keigoku visible to the opponent or only members of the Nekura Clan?

Hmmm, your right. Keigoku is transported from the moon via portals. The mark of the demon, which should be placed somewhere on your body. Nekuras can control the keigoku through ruthless ambition, genocide, basically preforming evil/wicked task. This is the link to the mark of the demon, which allows you to control the Foul chakra of the Jubi.
However I want to clarify something, Keigoku rejects FOREIGN chakra from the body, which prevents 8 Triagrams from affecting us as well, Kiyoshi, and even medical arts, as it takes 3 time the amount of force/concentration/chakra for it affect us, which is a downside but you shouldn't really need to go the hospital with the bio. However, techniques that force things into us like beam, which forces its way into us. Also, elemental techniques such as Nagashi and Liliana's Deceiving porcupine would affect us as its not raw chakra, its elemental chakra.

Keigoku is visible to everyone. Just like you can see a TBB, you can see Keigoku.

Some Advantages/Disadvantages are that it can pass through objects to get to its target. Which makes it unblock able by elements, however it cant block elements, so keigoku cant be used for defense, strictly offense. The higher rank you are, the bigger/denser objects it can pass through, like sound release, passing through mediums. Your a paladin? All your keigoku can do is pass through is rain(>.>), mist, and stones, so not very large objects.

Now, do something ebil and feel the mark of the demon >=3.

I think I'm a Paladin, could be a scourge. Not sure how the ranking works now as it hasn't been updated.

Sabo looks at his hand and sees the mark, reminding himself of how he must do evil deeds in order to connect with the keigoku inside of him. Perform evil deeds? You think that will would come easily when you're someone like me. He looks across to a large forest just a few feet away from his sempai and himself. He imagined all of the wild life that could be scurrying around in there, young baby rabbits, mother birds and probably Bambi as well. It actually put a smile on Sabo's face, but it was not an evil smile it was a sincere smile, as he began to feel a large fire burning in his stomach. Images of a forest fire began to flash in his mind and he suddenly exhaled a massive amount of flames from his mouth. He weaved his torrent of flames all around so as to get the best possible effect, burning the entire forest down. He slowly stopped and stared at the fire.

I suppose I'm the kind of person who would conceal their anger and hatred of the world... with a smile eh?

Had to do a bit of RP there U_U Keep it fresh and that.

Simply imagining it isnt going to work, Sabo-kun. Observe...

Aizen facing you, with his back to the forest, causes a large amount of carbon to 'pop' up from the ground all of the forest, and detonate as soon as it does, destroying a large portion of the forest in an instant causing chunks of wood to fall from the sky.
You must be registered for see images

I left you a good part of the Forest for you to destroy. No Regrets, No Hesitation.

Aizen watches sabo carefully, looking for any micro expressions on his face.

Sabo looks up at the massive beam of carbon and then back at his sempai with a straight look on his face, he planned on giving his sempai nothing with his expression. Inside he actually felt nothing, no pity for what he had done, nothing lurked behind from his deed, no regret at all.

This is where you and I differ in power Aizen sempai. I admit I do hesitate and think about my decisions before I make them, I try to predict the effects of my decision, making calculated decisions. However once I make a decision I will never regret doing it. It's pointless, what's done is done. And feeling anything about it will get me nowhere.

Sabo without looking at the small portion of the forest left, released a massive amount of lightning from his hand in the shape of a triangle. It rips the forest apart and anything left inside.

Good...good. Now then, do you feel that? Do you feel the power surging through the mark of the demon?
Sabo looks down at the palm of his hand and sees that the mark of the Nekura glowing.

I do feel it, I just need your help to control it

He looks up at his sempai with a determined face.

Use that connection, to the jubi, and open a portal near Jubi-sama, using the same basis as Earth: Mud Drop and Earth lid. Create one in front of you, and one on the moon, using the connection.

I close my eyes and feel the and the corrupted chakra of the juubi inside of me. I reach inside of myself and harness the power of this chakra and then I use it to take hold of the keigoku that is currently residing on the moon. It feels as if I am really reaching so high... all for power. I feel the keigoku on the moon and then I concentrate and focus hard on creating a portal. Extrapolating the same method used in the jutsu you mentioned I started to find it a bit easier. I used my own chakra so as to manifest a portal on the moon and also open a portal here on earth, right in front of me.

I've actually never seen one up close

Sabo concentrates hard and focuses on the keigoku that is just on the other side of the portal. Sabo manages to disconnect a small sphere of keigoku just about the size of his palm. He controls it and makes it float towards him through the portal and he allows it to float just above his hand.

Nothing would happen to me if I touched this right?

Try it and find out ;)

Anyway, now that you have covered the basis of bringing keigoku to the battlefield, opening portals, and just basic knowledge of Keigoku, any question/comment./concerns.

Had to go to bed there. What rank am I because if I'm a scourge then I can learn to B-Ranks but if I'm a paladin I can learn up to A-Rank and the ranks list hasn't been updated yet has it? What do I have to do to become a paladin if I'm not one already? Lastly, do I have a cloak yet? xD I know it seems like a silly question but I heard I had to be given it in training.

I don't have many technique based questions because I have the knowledge of what keigoku is now. I'm sure I'll have more further on into the training.
