Tsume Inuzuka

Looks: Tsume has an animalistic look similar to that of her son Kiba. She has long spiky brown hair, vertical slit-like pupils, elongated canine teeth and nails. She also has the clan fang markings on her cheeks as well as markings over her eyes and a dark shade of lipstick. She wears the standard outfit of a Konoha shinobi.
Personality: Like most members of the Inuzuka clan, Tsume is tough, but clearly cares deeply for her family. According to Kiba, she was responsible for scaring away his father.

Background Info.
History:During the Invasion of Pain, Tsume and Kuromaru attacked Pain's Preta Path with Fang Passing Fang, but Pain managed to stop the attack by using the former Animal Path as a shield. She was later joined by Kiba and Akamaru as backup however,the Preta Path fled from them.
In the anime, Akamaru uses Dynamic Marking to help track the body's movements. Tsume and Kiba chased after it and just as she and Kuromaru were about to catch it, the Preta Path was summoned away by the Animal Path, so that Pain could use Shinra Tensei. She was later seen with Kiba following the destruction of Konoha.

Kuromaru.
Kuromaru is an adult canine with a wolfish appearance. As his name suggests, Kuromaru's fur is black. He is missing his left ear, along with his right eye--over which he wears an eyepatch.
Kuromaru appeared again during the invasion of Pain. As Pain's Preta Path prepared to dispose of the previous Animal Path, Kuromaru and Tsume Inuzuka attacked it with Fang Passing Fang. The Preta Path used the old Animal Path as a shield and avoided the attack. Kiba and Akamaru joined them in the battle, but the Preta Path was summoned away before Pain crushed the village.
Inuzuka Clan
The Inuzuka clan (犬塚一族, Inuzuka Ichizoku) or Inuzuka family (犬塚家, Inuzuka-ke) is known for their use of ninken as fighting companions. Clan members are apparently given their own canine partner or partners when they reach a certain age. Thereafter, the shinobi and his/her dog(s) are practically inseparable. Clan members have distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks, animalistic eyes, and enlarged canine teeth. It would seem that due to the bond between a Inuzuka clan member and their canine partner(s), their chakra is allowed to mix and is shared between them, adding a feral appearance to the human partners, and makes a bond between them that affords them the use of the clan's collaboration jutsu, such as the Dual Piercing Fang.
Kiba notes that his mother, Tsume, scared his father away. It is unknown what this father's involvement with the clan was.
