which do you think is better?

Shisuis Genjutsu Kotoamatsukami- the ultimate genjutsu granted by Shisui Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan. The technique itself allows the user to enter the opponent's mind and manipulate them by giving them false experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things of their own free will. It is regarded as a genjutsu of the highest class, due to the victim being entirely unaware that they are being manipulated.

Itachi's Genjutsu Tsukuyomi - one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence.[2] It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyō Sharingan can perform it. It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" the antipode to Amaterasu, a ninjutsu of similar power.

Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the technique traps the target in an illusion that is completely controlled by the user. Itachi's prowess with the technique has allowed him to alter the perception of time with ease within the genjutsu to make it seem to last for days when in fact it only lasts a few seconds. This allows him to torture the target for what seems like days on end, causing mental trauma that will render them unable to fight for an extensive period of time.

My opinion - with Itachi's Gen. It seems pretty much unbreakable, but only unbreakable because Itachi can alter the victims perception of time, all it takes is 3 seconds and your whole psyche is out of whack, and once your caught in it, it could be days before you actually manage to break the genjutsu, since it would take seconds to do in the real world, even with someone helping you, it would take them seconds to realize that your caught, and thats all itachi's Gen needs.... Seconds

While Shisui's Gen you wouldnt know your caught whatsoever, but that doesnt mean it can be broken, which of course...would be a very hard thing to manage if your not even suspecting yourself from being under the Gen. xD

Not that easy to tell. Although koto amatsukomi seems stronger, it can be used once evry 10 years while for tsukiyomi Itachi just needs to regain his chakra.

they are at the same level,in my opinion they cant be compared because of their diferent purposes.kotoamatsukami was inbeded in a crow(smaller and with less chakra)it also seems wood release boasts the tech

koto can be used once every decade, so if that fails you fail hard with it
so i'd say tsukuyomi

You people that say koto need 10 years forget that it needed 10 years for the crow to activate it, a normal crow isn´t a ninja like kakashi, kakashi can´t use the sharingan as good as an uchiha can so of course it would take 10 years to activate such a powerful genjutsu inside a crow but shisui could use it every time he use the mangekyou as long as he has the chakra for it.

Koto is stronger no doubt, if shisui were caught in tsukuyomi, someone like him who is an uchiha btw would be able to break it while itachi wouldn´t even notice anything.
Don´t forget, itachis genjutsu mastery came from shisui.

If I had to pick between the two, I would say Tsukuyomi, while Kotoamatsukami is stated to be the more powerful of the two, it's really not something that can be practically used. At best, you could probably use Kotoamatsukami 5 or 6 times throughout your life, if you are really lucky, but you can probably use Tsukuyomi 5 or 6 times a month, so I would stick with Tsukuyomi.

If you look at the surface only youd say kotoamatsukami. It can only be used once every 10 years and tbh this shows how strong the tech is. Itachi's tsukuyomi is no doubt one of the strongest, but it requires eye contact, although in his case as long as he has enough chakra he can use it.

Shishui is best genjutsu user and koto is better
Tsukyomi is also powerfull.
But overall itachi is stronger.

KA is only a one shot thing and if shisui accidently uses on a clone or something its useless

i'm going with tsukyomi
