The speed difference between raikage alone and ftg isnt that massive.
With onoki to make him lighter, he might be on ftg speed, but ftg v2 is still faster i believe

The easy answer is that FTG is teleportation, whereas Lightened Raikage is just super fast. FTG is instantaneous. "Super Raikage" is ALMOST instantaneous.

Either way, you're screwed if they're coming after you

Yeah - it depends on the amount of preparation that has occured. In a battle, if Minato has placed his seal everywhere for miles then he'd have the advantage. If he just showed up and Raikage jumped him before he got his sealed kunais in place, then he might have some issues.

Until A can teleport he will never be as fast as FTG because Space/time happens instantly, now if Minato can still react to A's full speed punch while hes lightened is the real question xd

This guy makes a lot of sense usually^^

Now I actually think SS3 Goku can get there just as fast as ftg if its on the earth, unless your counting . miliseconds.
