Its a dream. They are all surface dreams. Didn't obito state he would make Naruto Hokage there? So there is some control by the user(s), How much, whatever the mechanics of the jutus it clearly plays on surface thoughts or "dreams" or ones with very little repercussions, bringing recently dead people back might be counter intuitive to keeping people pacified.

In short, you are reading way to much into this dream thing, no where did it state that the people under its influence would have a catharsis moment, or a life changing revelation...

Again Tsunade could've quit anytime she wanted,besides not once has there been any panels of her complaining about being Hokage so that point is mute.The dream itself is good/bad in the sense that Dan and Nowaki are alive but she should've remained as Hokage.

If they are alive, that means that they never died in the dream world. History has been rewritten and all the bad stuff never happened. It's Tsunade's perfect world.

Kishi gave us a glimpse of how IT works in Road to ninja. It isn't just things that changed from the current state, it's the past being rewritten to fit the person's wants and desires.

All the pain and suffering the person went through in reality, never happened in the dream world. So Tsunade was never Hokage in the dream world because Dan is alive and she wanted him to become Hokage. She never wanted to be Hokage when he and Nawaki was alive.

You also forgot that this only accounts for a glimpse into their dreams, and doesn't run through each and every dream. Obviously not if you think tsunades dream was to be a housewife -.- It was to be reunited with Dan and Nawaki, she only became hokage because she inherited that dream from Dan and Nawaki. So in her perfect world Dan gets to be hokage like tsunade always wanted and she's living a normal life with jiraiya and Nawaki alive as well.

I wouldn't have to repeat, reread the manga if your post just proves you didn't or just didn't pay enough attention U_U

So Choji's shy nature and his underlying deep care for his teammates and friends and his deep respect for his Sensei were all a cover up for what he really wanted to do; eat?
I think as a Naruto fan you're selling your expectations for these characters a bit short.

I was really hyped and hoping for some meaningful dreams, but damn... Some were recycled, petty and annoying attitudes, others were shallow to the core, once again all the females want is some d... all i felt while reading this chapter was boredom, it felt really amateur (and the ending omfg, awful) :|

I'm rarely negative about the way things happen in the manga (of course there're exceptions) but this time i really felt like sharing my negativity (due to how good this chapter could've been).

I kind of disagree about Tsunade with you. It was pretty obvious that her dream would be Dan and Nawaki alive. What is surprising that in her dream world Orochimaru never left the village and Jiraiya is there too.
It all depends how you take it. Tsunade never desired to be hokage, she fulfilled all her ambitions and even more.

What I do find a little weird is that Kishimoto decided to do it this way, while Tsunade's new dream(not as deep I guess)was for Naruto to become hokage.

I agree on all the others, except that in Shikamaru's dream world his father and Asuma were alive. In Ino's dream her father too was alive.

Mei's made absolutely no sense. Why would the other kage even be there. :|
