This is the third/fourth bio you make in less than a month, make up your mind >.< First you screw your entire bio of Tsunik over and I had to tell you over and over again till you finally had it right and you succeed in letting it killed in a matter of days. Then you start complaining that you had to wait over 2 weeks for your Sasuke-bio while it had barely been 5 days -_- and now you decide to make another one.
This is the third time I'm telling you this, this is the rule:
You need to be kage to make two custom summonings of your own, however you only need to be jounin to make one personal custom summoning and then you can just sign someone else's contract.
This is the way the rule says it, only if admin says it's otherwise, it remains like that.
