What about her stamina and scaling when it comes to her techniques? I'd double the area of effect and speed of her concrete technique. I'd put her stamina on Mei's level.

Now that I actually read all the abilities. She clears this fairly easy and would only have problems with the last 3 but she beats them too mid- high difficulty.

She beats 1-11 by going invisible then using Ultra Added Weight on them. After that she just kills them.

Against DSM Kabuto and Kakashi + Gai invisibility won't work because Kabuto has heat and incredibly high smell sensing. Kakashi has his ninja hounds to smell her out. She fly's up and shoots a Jinton bigger than the final one used versus Madara, since she has Kisame (Bijuu) level chakra. She kills the final 3 that way, including Sasuke.

I already changed my answers based on the new knowledge. I think Kurotsuchi having gained some of these abilities is a bit unrealistic and don't think she is this strong in the future. Anyway do you think she is the strongest female character in the manga in the NV as of chapter 700?

Obviously she is. She's still been training and risen to Tsuchikage while Tsunade and Mei have retired then Temari and Sakura are retired an not even shinobi anymore, they're housewives who been raising their kids.

Yeah i stacked her up too much but i think some of those earth techs, flight and jinton are legit. She is not said to have wind but considering characters like Neji have 3 natures she can have wind affinity to pull jinton (which seems like a Tsuchikage jutsu). Jinton alone puts her above all other females (barring chakra loving teapot) along with the fact that she is already very versatile in canon.

We don't know the power level of all the kages though. I am considering to make "kage version" threads for other new gen kages (hopefully with more legit abilities).

Seems like it has "secrets" to pass down not genetic inheritance, plus Kurotsuchi is Onoki's grand daughter.
