How was she 100% healthy when Orochimaru stabbed her heart at least two times before Tsunade started to fight? Before that she was trembling in fear of blood. Also both Jiraiya and Orochimaru admitted Tsunade is rusty because she retired from the front lines a long time ago ( circa 25y ago ) Probably I shouldn't even mention the fact that she hadn't slapt for 6 days and she had a hangover.
