My sword was already in contact with your body spikes and even tough you have the sharingan, i doubt you'd have time to react to that in time. But it is no problem since you could do that when you were pushed to the side i guess.

As soon as i see the earth rising to push you, i quickly approach you in a blink of an eye, performing a slashing you upwards, sending you up to the air. Then i appear above you and perform a drilling slash on your back. As you hit the ground, i land on top of you with, impaling your back, making a huge hole on your body. (Keep in mind i do this with my chakra sabre technique still active).

The spikes on your back only make some superficial cuts on my skin, while i do a cut along the base of your neck from your blind spot, area your helmet doesn't offer a good protection, cutting your head off or at least doing a cut deep enough to hit your spinal cord and do critical damage to you.

The technique you used doesn't give you protection on your head. Only creates a small area even rock lee could break with a kick so me using an A-rank technique would be more than enough.
Another thing is that you're covered in your Hyena Mode armour so your spikes may be stuck on it, tough they could also pass trough, doesnt matter.
Like you said on the description of your hyena mode your peripheral vision is impaired because of the Helmet so you would have no way of knowing i was going to attack the precise spot or predict it.

(Happening as you harden your skin. You have to take the blow, also, my spikes should hold some kind of resistance/restrcition to you from actually delivering the blow to my neck as it the spike as long and protruding from me. If I'm not mistaken. Even if you were to be hit by the spikes and they be broken by your hard muscles, you would be rendered incapable of moving as the spikes would stop your armswing in itself.)
Not knowing that a slicing attack was coming for his neck, but knowing that staying in this rock armor while in the air would not be conducive to his long life, Loki used HIDING IN THE STONES to shift his body through the rock armor downward without disturbing it and fall quickly down through the rock armor and perform Nagashi releasing lightning into the air as he falls and paralyzing you.

But there are also the spikes that didnt hit you. That just went past your body. Past your arms, past your legs, above your head, over your shoulders. It would prevent you from successfully swinging your arm.

Gin extends the range of his sword by adding more chakra to the samurai sabre technique and stabs it on the ground, he then pushes himself forward with one hand, launching himself to the ground, landing in safety, more close to you. As he push myself, he throws 3 kunai infused with raw chakra towards you while you have the lid on top of you (since you need to throw it at me and it is huge). All kunais are aimed at your chest and neck area.
Defend or be hit? The choice is yours.
So, or you let the lid fall on top of you, trying to defend from the kunais, or you get hit by the kunais.
I always have another option. Run and Hide. Being a Samuari means you can't use actual Elemental jutsu, so lets try this shall we.
I channel Earth Chakra around my body and turn all earth below me into sand (NO handseals required as I'm holding the lid). Causing me to sink into the ground even quicker from the sheer weight of the lid itself, allowing me to escape your thrown Kunai. Instead, they hit the Earthern lid while I am safely underground.
(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

I then use this technique to go backwards to Long Range. I observe all that is above me using my previous technique before emerging from the ground.
