Madara didnt sense BZ because he wasnt focused on him and never expected BZ to do something like that.

Naruto didnt sense Sasuke the first time he used the S/T Technique bcause he didnt know he would use something like that. You ignore the fact Naruto has seen him use it multiple times now and could at least undertstand how it works. Naruto has greater foot speed feats also js

It's not an assumption. The facts are on my side. Naruto doesn't know how Sasuke's powers work. Therefore he won't be expecting to be blindsided from the back. He will definetly sense it but only after Sasuke appears behind him, Sasuke would have already prepared chidori before teleporting. He can do this easily.

naruto is well aware of how sasuke's tech works and even if he did not, it wouldnt even matter once he can sense where he is

naruto's speed would give him a major advantage in the fight along with his ability to sense sasuke ... but lets just leave out the TSBs for a sec could naruto beat sasuke without them ? or would it be a draw... now factor in the balls whether he can manipulate them or not would they really help much ... sasuke's instant transmission is useful for getting in close and really it all depends on how he does it cause if he pops up and his sword is to centimeters away from narutos head ... he could win .. but eh who knows

No, the difference is simply that Noodles got 2 power ups while Sauce received only one.

Noodles&Sauce both got the tattoo from the Sage and all but Noodles also got a piece of the 8 tails and 1 tail beast from Obito.

Probably only for defense. Naruto has molded the TSB into objects( platform and rods) already. I mean Obito became the Juubi and could manipulate them easily, unless he had some mental training with them. However Sasuke can touch the TSB so I doubt if it can be used offensively against him or his PS.
