I'm not denying that he'll sense it. But the fact remains that its an instant. He can't anticipate it because he doesn't know how Sasuke's ability works. So by that logic Sasuke should be able to surprise him easily. Naruto would sense at least one moment too late, depending on how good those skills are. After all Madara didn't sense BZ.

naruto does not need to know how sasuke's rennigan works, naruto can sense him the instant he appears or the instant his chakra disappears and either spawn an arm on his back or fly upwards

Madara didnt sense BZ because he wasnt focused on him and never expected BZ to do something like that.

You're just assuming things again. Naruto doesn't know how it works. Until the manga says he does. He'll be expecting an attack from the front and swapping to the back will take him out by surprise.

hmm I guess in the end it all depends on luck timing and reaction speed. cause if naruto is able to dodge then lets face it the fight will go on until the other says that they're bored and walks away. if sasuke is able to move quickly enough after he teleports and is able to hit naruto then ... well I don't think its over until he stabs naruto in the head I mean lets face it ... sasuke stabbed naruto in the chest with chidori before and it didn't last long at all lol.

the "He saw them do it, so he can do it too" line is not true, because just because he saw them do it does not mean he can do it... the only feats of someone doing such a thing, was when the viewer has sharingan activated.
