trunks sword

okay, this is gonna be a little hard to explain and understand

future trunks has the same sword that tapion gave kid trunks but this is impossible.

if future trunks has the same sword, he would have had to gone through the events of the movie where everyone meets tapion. the problem is, he couldnt have gone thrugh these events since they happened 7 years after the androids attack, but future trunks had the sword 3 years after the attack. what i am trying to say is where did future trunks get his sword.

also has anyone noticed his sword broke when fighting android 13 but he has it again when he was fighting bojack, about 3 three years after the fight with fight with android 13

But u are correct it doesn't follow a timeline unless future trunks went to the future got the sword and then went back to the future we see him go with the sword

They're all movies so they don't follow a timeline, just like in the Cooler's Revenge movie, Goku had defeated Freeza instead of Trunks, and was already back on Earth while he couldn't completely control the Super Saiyan form, it basically skipped Trunks' visit and skipped his journey to the Yardrat planet (I believe is what the planet was called) so he never learned Instant Transmission, lol they all don't follow the same timeline bro, only some of them do follow the timeline that some of the other movies do.

its a time peridox in trunks timeline goku died as well but when future trunks comes to the past he alters the future therefore he obtains the sword differently just as goku lives

^ Basically yeah, it's pretty much safe to say some of the movies are based off of the three seperate timelines Trunks created when he went back in time, or well the two he created and the one Cell created, in all it's three though.

Lets just say that in Trunks's time line they somehow managed to free Tapion from his little box and say that that Wizard and the Bottom half of Hirudegan was destroyed by the Androids.
Maybe they even teamed up with trunks to do so.
Tapion lives, gives Trunks the sword out of gratitude and Androids went back to ****in shit up.
