dood i would put itachi over nagato too because imma itachi fanboy but i realize nagato is stronger... and naruto is stronger than tobi, his tailed beast bombs are crazy and now especially since he knows tobi's ability...hashirama>madara that is fact so i dont know why you guys are doubting that. and yes minato>kabuto... if i had more info on tobirama i'd put him above kabuto too...also i didnt add hiruzen prime because we dont know much about him, same with tobirama. I didnt put third raikage because the fact that someone can make him hit himself with his own jutsu says hes not even top 15.

and yes as much as i hate to say it... sasuke is stronger than itachi... as soon sasuke got ems he surpassed him. Sasuke has stronger chakra and in more quantity than itachi and sasuke is pretty close to itachi's intelligence level.Itachi won't be able to get him in tsukuyomi or any genjutsu since sasuke's proven already he can get out of it... and sasuke's susanoo is stronger than itachi's but the only thing that might actually turn the tables for itachi is the totsuka blade... but im guessing sasuke will pull through.

lmao that was the worst top ten ive seen yet...aruto surpassed minato,nagato,itachi a long ass time ago naruto is like third or fourth in top ten(if u count sage). sasuke has way more chakra than itachi and he has ems...and if imma downgrade my fav character(itachi) u guys need to stop overestimating nagato... naruto sage mode killed off the entire SPOP, yes i know he had info on them but sasuke is a genius and will find out pretty quick. sasukes susanoo can like kill off all the pains except deva path and the one who absorbs chakra and those two he can either put into a genjutsu or figure out a good strategy maybe amaterasu the deva path... trust me im pretty sure sasuke>nagato
