When Nagato regained his mobility and fought against Bee, Naruto and Itachi he is 3rd after Hashi and Madara. People underestimate the six paths rinnegan. Also why include the sage?

It's a decent list in the sense that 9/10 of those people are in my top 10, just in a different order. There are many placings which I disagree with but it's decent nonetheless.

Best list I saw but if it's all-time; Kabuto should not be up there over Jiraiya.
I believe Nagato & Itachi (not for long though) are before Sasuke but everything else is dead on & for that +rep
