Why everyone keeps fighting over Byakugan and Sharingan...
It is true that what kakashi said can not be taken as fact, but other than that we dont have any thing on Sharingan and from the images SSJ4Naruto put at last, it seems Byakugan and Sharingan has some relation...

True, but you've got to look back at the founding of the ninja world. When the Uchiha and Senju clans were dominant, and hired by other people to fight. It doesn't even mention the Hyuuga clan, even though they supposedly joined the Senju's early on.
U R right....There was no name of Senjus. This can be attributed to mindsets of these clans.
From manga it can be seen that Uchihas are/were always thursty for more and more power in form of money or anything and always try to aquire it, where Senjus who were supposedly were only one strong enough to fight Uchihas, but for that they needed some power which was given by Hyuugas, it can be seen that Only Huuga clan in entire manga is hailed as Noble clan, so that means they were not much attracted towards battle going on around them.
This could be the reason why their tool i.e., Byakugan does not evolved. I think that evry doujutsu is nothing but a mere tool which enhances the abilities of user...

SSJ4Naruto Im completely with you about the time/space manipulation... you have sold it to me! I really like the part about the chakra type being a key of unlocking the levels of the Sharingan... So if Sasuke has "affinity" over Time and Space would he be able to put a genjutsu on Danzo?
the evolution from Byakugan to Sharingan must of occurred generations before the battles between Uchiha and Senju... would be a good story to tell...

Where where the famous Hyuuga clan when the battle between Senju and Uchi took place? If they were incorporated long before into Senju, what happened to them in those ugly battle? If not, then when did they pop into the Konoha formation? ; )

nice theory. I agree with you totally. I feel like Kakashi should be able to access other MS abilities. I've been trying to gather information and post a theory on it, but there isn't a lot of info out there. Nice work. I like how you put your theory together with spoiler tags.
4th's hiraishin or FTG is space time tech-->self summon we can say. But it do not fits here, as I am talking about Sharingan. But as you mentioned it Kakashi said Tobis tech is more advanced than 4th's. It proves my point of Sharingan acting as a tool for Space Time techs...
Thanks...I am also trying to find out. But I have found some interesting infor on Byakugan providing space-time techs just like sharingan. It includes manipulating sub atomic particled and foresight...So working on that.
