Everything is a manmade concept.
what is your sig from?
Everything is a manmade concept.
It's a false justice proven by its inherent flaw of being manmade, true justice is nonexistant.Yet still it exists. Call it what you like.
It's not right or wrong and people who help others are only doing it for their own gain.Justice is ,just like any other words to describe what act or object is around them.
What does Justice mean?
Justice:
the quality of being just, impartial, or fair
Just:
Based on or behaving according to what is morally right and fair
moral:
Concerned with the principles of right and wrong behavior and the goodness or badness of human character.
Now you're are saying that meaning of Justice doesn't exists.
Calling people sheeps, kids, and stupid for believing in such a word.
Is giving money to the poor not justice (right)? Do people do it? Yes.
Is giving food to those who are hungry not justice? Do people feed them? Yes.
Is putting down a person that kills innocent people (taking their right to live) not justice? Do we -at times- put them down? Yes.
There's all kinds of act being justified every day. There's some that don't.
I can see your reasons in believing in such a thing not existing with all the injustice going on in the world.
But calling those people kids for seeing the few good acts in this world isn't going to get you any where.
How about you open your eyes to see instead of letting the bad things blind you.
what is your sig from?
I get annoyed at kids pointing fingers and saying "he did this" "he did that". You're never better than what you judge.
The fact that it's manmade means it's not true and by definition is not justice.Everyone judges all the time. Judging is what let's us know the woman who earned a degree in teaching is better suited for teaching a group of kindergarteners than a schizophrenic mass murderer.
OT: Yes, justice is a man-made concept. And? Man is in charge of man. It doesn't matter that man invented it, that doesn't stop the concept from being applied. Does justice exist? Yes, we invented it. Does it always succeed? No.
The fact that it's manmade means it's not true and by definition is not justice.
I'm coming at this from a much more complex standpoint while you view thing very black and white. My argument is simply this, there is no objective definition of justice, it's a societal construct, it's "justice" now to put a pedophile in prison or to kill him in some countries while it was a cultural thing in Ancient Greek. The fact that it's all subjective is there to teach you something. That's why I said most people are sheep because they're conforming to the laws of society and actually believe them as if it were their own instead of thinking for themselves. That means you're at the mercy of others whims which means you have no intrinsic value as a human being because you'll always follow the herd. When I said justice was served in the thread of the kids being massacred by talibans, I didn't say that because I'm a heartless cruel bastard or a troll or because I'm with them. I was giving perspective to the situation and a guy actually wanted my family dead because I suggested they weren't demons for killing children, atleast to the extent others believe. What does that say about you as a person when you have strong beliefs with baseless conviction? This thread was a wake up call on my part.Ah,but you're still not getting how the word and the meaning does exist.
Again Justice is right. Right is good.
So you're against the idea of good and bad?
Meaning nothing can be good or bad.Correct?
If you were to be accused of murder and was given the death sentence even though you didn't do it.
Or
Someone stole something from you that is very precious to you.
It wouldn't be nather good or bad. Since what is right or wrong just doesn't exist it shouldn't bother you. Right?
I mean am I wrong ? I mean....I'm at lost of words here that could exist.
So off with your head since it shouldn't hurt your feelings.
Now the word justice was created to help us communicate with each other base on what we see and feel to be right.
Instead of grunting and pointing ones finger.
To say it doesn't exist is to say that we humans don't feel.
They don't have any morals.
They don't follow a law.
Wait a minute...There are such humans, that have such feelings, that grasp the understanding on what's right or wrong, good or bad. It might be a few of them, but it's something.
So how could it not possibly exist when people out there are experiencing it...
I can understand if a kid doesn't know whats right or wrong cause their brains are still developing to gain such knowledge.
I mean kids stick a metal fork in a outlet for crying out loud.
If you still believe such words doesn't exist.
Then I'll stop troubling you.
The fact that it's manmade means it's not true and by definition is not justice.

You only see the shallow part of what I said because it reflects who you are, way to nitpick and twist what I said. How can I be manmade when I'm man? My ideas and opinions are perhaps manmade by they're original in that I have critical thinking skills and I test my own beliefs, I put them under fire to get rid of the impurities so only the gold remains. Nothing manmade is perfect however and you could argue life is meaningless. No because he was partaking in the same negative energy that caused something like that in the first place. Also saying I'm stupid to "admit" anything is proof you haven't understood my post yet, read again.Even you are man made and your idea and opinions are the man made construct of a man made creation. Wont that mean that you and anything you provide is just as inherently irrelevant?
Have considered that the guy who wanted your family dead actually didnt meant it and was not a heartless bastard and was trying provide another perceptive where people have to feel the pain of loss of their loved one's for no fault of their own?
Not to mention its very stupid to admit that you said 'justice is severed' on the very thread proclaiming that there is no true justice. Its like admitting that you once rode a unicorn on your thread that proclaims that Unicorns don't exist.
You are awfully shallow for such a deep thinker.

The fact that it's manmade means it's not true
True imo, life isn't fair and I don't think it was ever supposed to be.So this will mean only justice that left is nature's justice, If you're strong you survive if you're weak you gonna perish .
and things are not always fair, sometimes it will be and sometimes it won't so what can we do is to be strong enough to face anything that comes to us .
True imo, life isn't fair and I don't think it was ever supposed to be.
So basically you're saying that laws and rules shouldn't exist?
Or that you shouldn't recieve a punishment when breaking a law/rule?
There is no right or wrong answer here, people seek out their own justice and punishment by law is a form of revenge for the person breaking a law which themselves are created from moral perspectives agreed by the majority. Therefore my message is simply to question yourself and your morals as to whether they're truly your own, don't follow a law for the sake of following it even if it's convenient for you, atleast be a person with his own unique perspective, that's how society moves forward, when we have individuals and not sheep. There is nothing inherently right or just about laws to begin with.So basically you're saying that laws and rules shouldn't exist?
Or that you shouldn't recieve a punishment when breaking a law/rule?
