The most noticeable traits in his appearance are his green eyes and her semi-long dark blonde hair, always seen in a ponytail with bangs each side of his face. He wore his hair down to his neck as it lengthened.
In terms of attire, Troy is more often seen wearing purple, and more revealing, clothing, seemingly to show off his figure. He wears a short purple vest like shirt with a raised collar, a skirt that was cut off on the sides and bandage on his stomach and legs. He also wore black and white elbow warmers with this, and his headband around his neck as a necklace.

The first thing one would observe about a Troy is his shyness. Generally who call themselves to be out-spoken, but Troy is quiet, and polite in the more diplomatic sense. Another thing that makes Troy restless is the endless pursuit of something better. One moment, he might be completely happy with what he's got for themselves and the very next moment, they wish they could have had better. Troy very caring and lively towards their loved ones, and have a great tendency of understanding their mistakes and learning from them. He can also be low self-esteem and no confidence.

History:
Birth and Symbolism
His family; father, and his mother, they have been happily married for 10 years. When Troy was brought upon the world he was selected to be part of the new Elite Guardians of the Fire Country Daimyou, but since he couldn't be trained under them cause of a birth defect, Heterochromiain; which one iris is different colored and hair, compared to the other Sarutobi's and other commons; Hyperthermia with Asthma.
At age 3, he suffered his first asthma attack, when training became a daily thing with his father. For about 10 minutes he was announced dead, but a remarkable miracle medical nin saved his life. Sine then Troy wanted to be a medical nin, to be able to help his people and loved ones. Troy was given the "Fire" loincloth of this elite group, as a reminder of once thing to come when he's ready for training.

At age 5, Troy has been enrolled into the ninja academy. Troy as a child has been explained by his parents and others that he was in fact a shy, quiet, intelligent and also was a cross-dresser, Troy didn't seem to mind this even for being a male. His parents also didn't mind, but some towns people found it disturbing. Troy's father wanted Troy to enroll to the ninja academy to be toughen up. Though his father wasn't a very supporting as he was ashamed to be his father, though he never admitted it. Troy, still continued to be a cross-dresser today wants to prove, doesn't matter what you look like, its what makes people happy.
