Troubles

Hey all... Yesterday i went to the ER for some chest pain that had come on suddenly while I was watching television. The Doctor ran an EKG and some blood tests, and after many hours of waiting, all came back negative for anything truly serious... but tonight, after I got home from a party, I got this very scary burning sensation in my chest, and my heart is racing. Now i'm thinking about going back into the ER, and I would appreciate your input on this.

Now, I didnt have anything to drink (designated driver for this week). and all I've had to eat is 2 slices of toast and some applesauce...
