Which doesnt mean that hes stronger than them. Naruto, even without chakra cloak (and we know how much it upgrades shinobis abilities) was able to give Madara quite a beating. Cosidering that Madara > Juubito its not too far fetched to say that current Naruto with chakra cloak would be able to beat Juubito on his own. Its the same thing with Sasuke, since him and Naruto are equals.
