Translations from mangapanda are way off

Hello some of you may know I am a native Japanese speaker. I just have to complain and be annoying about this because it bugs me. Sometimes I read raw and subbed to compare the translations and I have to say today's translation was way off. How can the translators get kindergarten grammar wrong? Many times they add extra words I have no clue how they learned Japanese.
