I will put it straight.Naruto and Hinata dont have the mutuality that Shikamaru and Temari do.The way Shikamaru acts lazy and uninterested in love is a part of his personality as a slight form of comic relief.Temari part I dont have to explain.The chemistry between the two makes it plain obvious and its not hindered by the baggage the Big 3 had of unreciprocated feelings because of feelings for someone else.Tell me when was the last time Naruto and Hinata were shown together outside of work?

I will put it straight.Naruto and Hinata dont have the mutuality that Shikamaru and Temari do.The way Shikamaru acts lazy and uninterested in love is a part of his personality as a slight form of comic relief.Temari part I dont have to explain.The chemistry between the two makes it plain obvious and its not hindered by the baggage the Big 3 had of unreciprocated feelings because of feelings for someone else.

The reason is. Because Naruto is not like Shikamaru. He is over the top hyper all of the time and at times does things without thinking. Hinata is someone who is much calmer and supporting. So there is some chemistry there. Also from the scans I have seen of them. It seemed as though they had a natural understanding of one another. Where the other does not have to speak to know how they feel. So there is some chemistry there, its just not as obvious as ShikaTemi.


Also that last part maybe true. But still had they been given the same amount of attention as team seven. I bet you, people would be making a pairing out of ShikaIno. Since Tamari is not there in the village all of the time. Actually they have it worse when you think about it.

Was this required? Like was it really necessary? I mean they did show interactions outside of work. But that was back in part 1. But the Pein arc efforts and War arc efforts are something more than ShikaTemi ever did. This pairing you speak of is easy to love because it did not have any of those conflicts. But in my eyes it is not a great example of a pairing to go by.

I like ShikaTemi to don't get me wrong. But saying its a perfect pairing does not make sense to me. Because there are obvious reasons why it is canon to some people. Other pairings had more substance to work with. This pairing did not. So its fair to say it was a ok pairing.
