Could the jutsu be used on a Jinchuuriki/ Full biju.

And could it be used on a deceased person.

I don't Think Deceased,Since it Requires a Soul.
And When you die,Your soul leaves your Body in NV.

As on a Jin,I think a Normal Jin,But not a Bijuu.
