I have thought you lightning jutsu, and you can maintain chakra in a weapon on object that you don`t have psysical contact with, and now I am going to teach you how to mix wind and lightning, so that when you form a seal, that seal makes the lightning and wind to mix and when you then are making contact with a weapon the jutsu is kinda complete.this are the exect words the yodaime said too me

so, try making a hand seal at the same time as you concentrate on splitting your chakra into two ( one wind part and one lightning ) and then mix them as you formig the seal ( this is the hardest part and are going to take some time.... but try..

u have to split the chakra inside you at the same time u form the hand seal, then a yellowish light will appear around your hand ( just like the medical jutsus ), when u then touch a kunai, the kunai is infused with the chakra, and whenn u then trow it, it`s complete
the only last trick is to learn how to "teleport" then u better ask shippuuden naruto, he has used it in fight much more than me

good now put the chakra into the kunai and after that throe the kunai and then when your redy teleport

ok when your throe the kunai whit full of the yelow chakra you need to focus your chakra and concentret on the kunai and then make the seal again and then you should teleport
