Carl forms the Tiger seal, and gradually gathers his Suiton natured chakra in his right foot. He then picks it up off the ground, then proceeds to slam it with force. Erupting in a sudden swoop, a thin jet of water jumps from the holes and slices the clone clean across horizontally. "Not bad"

As soon as the strong jet of water erupts from the ground, Carl quickly seeps under the surface, only to re-emerge out of the water's reach. "Now, was that close, or what?"

It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

Calmly, Carl inhales, then gathers Suiton chakra within his mouth. He then looks at the clones direction, and quickly spits out a LARGE water wave. As the clone disperses, the ground behind him was cut into deeply. "Hey, it works!"

As the clone begins to shoot the wave, Carl quickly releases his chakra into the ground, then submerges himself under the surface. Underneath the clone, he grabs it's ankles, then yanks it down to the point in which only it's head is remaining. Emerging in front of it, he takes a kunai from his pouch, and stabs it between the eyes. "That's for trying to kill me"

Forming the [Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger] seals, he causes a large amount of water to arise from the ground. Lifting his left arm, then motioning his hand towards the clone, Carl sends the large glob of water racing towards the doppleganger with the utmost ease. Upon encasing it, he release the technique, as water pours everywhere, he waits for his next instruction, "Not bad, I like it"

Inside of the glob, Carl remembers a previous jutsu he learned which has the ability to manipulate water sources. Taking the advantage of being inside the water, he sticks his arm out and begins to use his chakra to circulate the water encasing him. Eventually coming out, he spins it around some more, then aims it at the clone who had originally trapped him in the first place. Hurling it at him, he parts his lips and utters the words, "Next time, make sure I drown!"
