alright then, tell me...what is water in the narutoverse and how is it used? strength? weakness?

"Suiton is one of the five great chakra natures, in the ninja world. It can be used to trap, or cut your opponents. I would say the best Suiton user is, Kisame of the Akatsuki due to his versatility on the battlefield. Although, like I said earlier, Suiton can be used to trap people, for example. Kisame's water dome has the capability of trapping multiple opponents at once, giving him the edge since he's able to move underwater at high speeds. It allows the user to utilize pre-existing water, or create water themselves by kneading their chakra into the water nature itself." Carl sighs, and puts his hands behind his head before he continues, "Suiton is stronger than Katon, but is weaker to Doton, due to the fact the earth structures are capable of dispersing the jutsu. It can also be used as a conductor with Raiton, paralyzing the enemy if the attack hits. Also with Fuuton, the Suiton technique is given an overall better destructive force."

*walks over to a nearby waterfall*

...sit under the waterfall and meditate focusing on the water rushing down on you...

 

[Joker]

"Alright" Carl slowly walks over to the waterfall, and gently sits down. With the cold water running down on him, he clasps his hands and begins meditation.

*the water from the waterfall begins to fall with more force*

As the water falls with more force, Carl shudders, "What do I do from here..?"

 

[Toku]

*whacks you on the head with a rock* no talking!

 

[Joker]

"OWW!" Carl screams as he rubs his head, (alright, I need to focus)

*the waterfall begins to rush down with crushing force*

 

[Joker]

"Shit, what do I do?!" Carl is still trying to meditate, but he's starting to slip

 

[Toku]

how do you feel?

 

[Joker]

"It's crushing me! How do you think I feel?" Carl shouts

 

[Toku]

concentrate! focus on slowing the flow of water down so it doesn't crush you...

 

[Joker]

Carl releases a big sigh, "Slow down the flow....." he concentrates his chakra, and slowly manipulates the surrounding water. Ultimately causing the slow to come to a slow and steady halt.

good, step out and try to mold the chakra to gather water on your hand...
