Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

...for this technique gather your water chakra into your mouth and mold it into a sticky substance that you spew out to trap a target or set up a trap...

Carl dashes to the clone, he then performs the [Ram → Tiger] handseals and spits out a large quantity of a sticky substance. Then once he thinks his opponent is stuck, he forms a whip comprised of water and lashes the the immobile clone. "Get ready for a shock" he says confidently. He surges a large shock through the whip so it hits the clone.

Carl focuses a large amount of chakra and implements it to the soles of his feat. As the sticky substance comes his way, he jumps upward and lands softly. He then walks in a circle to see if he was stuck or not, "Piece of cake"

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

...for this technique gather your water chakra while performing the needed hand seal and release it molding it into an exact copy of yourself...

Carl removes himself from the glob of glue-like water, and walks to the left. He raises his right arm, and uses his hand to perform the Tiger Seal. As he does this, he instructs it to jump jump back towards the waterfall from earlier, it then weaves through handseals and release a small blast of water at Sensei's clone. The original then fires a wave of electricity at the impending attack to amplify the damage.

Knowing the requirements for the techniqur, Carl jumps back to the waterfall and weaves through handseals. He then takes takes his arm and manipulates the waterfall's water, he uses his chakra to circulate it as fast as he can, then he aims at the clone and screams, "HERE WE GOOOO!!" as he hurls the big condensed glob of water at the clone with great force

Carl sees the attack coming his way, he looks at his surroundings and notices large boulders at their location, he quicly creates are large stream of wind that carries the giant boukders towards the attack. To further compliment this offensive technique in which he has used on the defensive, he clasps his hands, and uses another strong Fuuton jutsu to increase the rocks speed and force, "Looks like some offensive techniques can be defensive aswell!"
