Carl steps put of the waterfall, drenched he uses his right arm to grasp his left forearm. He then kneads his chakra to be compatible with the Suiton nature, as he does this, a glob of water forms on his hand, "I did it!"

2. Can be offensive, and defensive
3. Doesn't require an external source

2. If the enemy is smart enough, they could easily get around it

Carl sees the clone, he dashes to the left, he throws multiple explosive kunai at him. When they explode, he runs up on the clone, in what looks like an attempt for CQC, but really he shoots a blast of water in his face, "Gotcha!"

"Hmph" Carl runs to the left, he weaves through some handseals and puts his hand directly in the waterfall. He builds up a whole bunch of Suiton chakra, on his left palm, so when he pulls out, he creates a large ball of water. "Get ready...." he says confidently, afterwards, he throws an explosive Kunai from his pouch, with his right hand. Then he proceeds to run up on Sensei's clone, effectively hitting it while simultaneously clearing up the smoke.
When performing the jutsu, you weave through the needed handseals, then hold out your hand, effectively forming a ball of water. Then you can use it to form a shield, a small blast, etc.
Note: You can use external water sources
In battle, I would suggest you distract the enemy before you use it offensively, but for defense, I would say only use it when the opponent has used a Katon based attack, due to the water affinity.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
...for this jutsu you mold your water chakra into a thick mist saturated with your chakra to the point the sharingan cant see through it...

- 1. Has the ability to fool Sharingan users, which could come in handy against Uchihas
- 2. The thickness of the mist can be controlled by the amount of chakra put into the technique itself
- 3. Covers long distances
- 1.The Byakugan can see through it, making it ineffective against the Hyuuga
- 2. Fuuton jutsu might be able to disperse it
- 3. Hiding like a mole, you can navigate underground and counter accordingly

Carl performs numerous handseals, then he inhales deeply. As he inhales, he kneads his chakra into a thick, and potent smokes in which it starts leaking from his lips. He then exhales the thick mist into the air, blowing profusely, until his Sensei cannot be seen. "How's that?" he asks while seemingly out of breath.

Carl focuses on thickening the mist, The thicker, the better.....right? he thinks. He then kneads more chakra into the jutsu itself, causing the Mist to thicken. He doesn't stop there though, he keeps blowing until his Sensei is out of his line of vision, to make sure his next message gets to him, he screams, "IS THAT THICK ENOUGH?"
