The spikes are so large that it can trap something as big as the three tails meaning large summons and other big things can be captured which is good and a great positive also considering it keeps them alive can be helpful if you need them alive.

- Negative points of this technique
It requires 9 handseals to perform which is a very large amount and a great disadvantage

- Combinations/Elemental usages
can use an earth technique to trap the opponent then the crystal technique to emerge and trap them, making a decent combo.

- How to counteract the move
I would use a lighting technique that would be a surge that would destroy the spikes that was trying to trap me making them useless
- What your opinion is on the move.
I like the move as you can ensnare large summons and just kill people in general as the spikes are so long and so many

Next up is a crystal wall jutsu. Which lets you send out a wave of crystal chakra and materialize a wall of crystal anywhere within short range of you. It has a feature the same as Jirobou's earth prison technique, which is self repair. It would take some good damage to break through this or Raikiri as stated as it is focused.

If you are creative with this jutsu it can be used in many different instances and ways, for example if you were on a water source you could make it below your feet stopping a few different jutsu from skewering you or sending you mid air.

Description: Guren creates a wave of chakra which then turns into an almost impenetrable wall which also mends itself, like the Barrier Earth Prison of Jirobou. A focused attack such as the Raikiri will send the wall shattering but the wall itself is very resistant to most types of attacks.

You can make the wall emerge anywhere as you can crystallise the air molecules and its all around you so the wall can be made anywhere, it doesn't even need to touch the ground which is also positive meaning you could use it as a girder to elevate you into the air or other purposes.

- Negative points of this technique
It can be broke by most focused lighting attacks which nearly everyone has

- Combinations/Elemental usages
None as it is used as a defensive justu or an supplementary you would be able to combo it unless with another crystal technique.

- How to counteract the move
I would use a high ranked lighting technique to shatter the dense crystal and hopefully continue to hit the opponent.

- What your opinion is on the move.
I like the various uses it has if your creative with it you can use it literally anywhere so I think I will be using this technique a lot and I like it very much.

So first S rank we will begin by looking at the structure you form which is a dense thin walled prism of crystal. Now this prism must be near see through as you are harnessing your chakra into the prism as a source of ignition. The light from your chakra will be what's utilized as this is S rank power, you will be exerting a great amount. Converting your chakra into light you can fire off blasts of heat similar to light being directed through a magnifying glass. This conversion can have a multitude of effects from blinding light from the prism to a rainbow like effect if you wanted to focus on light Refraction which in the wiki it says she can do.

Guren will encase herself in a prism of crystal. While doing this, she can hover in the air but is unable to maneuver, however is protected from all but the strongest of attacks [ S-ranks]. In addition, she can focus her chakra into light through a prism and launch a powerful heat blast.

- Positive points of this technique
While this can be a disadvantage it is also a great advantage, you encase yourself in crystal which only a really focused attack will able to break through. You can convert your charka into light and then use that as a weapon.

- Negative points of this technique
The disadvantage is your movement is restricted to move anywhere.

- Combinations/Elemental usages
The only ones I can think is using more crystal techniques as they can provide defence while your in the air.

- How to counteract the move
I would used a focused attack to pierce through the ball and also kill the user within the ball ending the match pretty quick if the attack wasn't stopped.

- What your opinion is on the move.
I like the move to an extent not many justu can Levite you and be manipulated so you can attack how you want, I will attempt to use this but I don't know If I would be able to often.

Next up is a very taxing jutsu which requires you to scatter crystal bud's/flowers in strategic areas of the battlefield. In the anime the range of this thing is huge as hell in Rp it's meh. The nice thing is that if you use it in a smaller scale it will produce faster results and not take up to much of the battlefield. So once the flowers sprout this jutsu takes off and grows at an incredible rate completly sealing the area and it makes tracking a nuisance for certain clans. Now this jutsu needed a collaboration jutsu just to be destroyed meaning it can withstand quite a bit of force.

(Shoton: Suisho Meikyu no Jutsu ) Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Labyrinth Technique

Description: First Guren creates a number of crystal flowers. Then she grows these flowers into a gigantic labyrinth consisting of red crystals, confusing all enemies inside of it. The enemies will mostly be lost because of the fact that the red crystals reflect their personal image as well as generates mirror images of the routes, paths, and details within the labyrinth, confusing and intimidating them. It is even capable of confusing the Byakugan.
Because of the crystal's stable molecular structure, a simple attack focused at one point is rendered useless, as its wide surface will evenly disperse the force of the attack, reducing the attacks effectiveness. To overcome this technique, an attack that's impact force is already both wide and powerful is required to smash through it. However, the downside is that though Guren knows where the opponent is, the walls prevent her from attacking them clearly.

Note: Lasts for two turns

Also once we are finished training I'm going to post a set of video clips and I want you to point out key things that you find crucial or slightly different then what you read through the descriptions.

You can determine the size of the maze by placing the flowers closer together, It takes very powerful attack to break the wall as attacks that focus just in one area isn't enough due to the dense crystal structure.

- Negative points of this technique
Prevents Guren from seeing where the opponents are slightly making it hard to spot them.

- Combinations/Elemental usages
You could then use crystal techniques of the maze after you have located where the opponents are.

- How to counteract the move
Use a powerful attack that can cause widespread damage instead of a single point of contact.


- What your opinion is on the move.
I like this move I got a combination in mind with another crystal technique which will be quite powerful, well in my mind it is xD

It's not a maze in fact the only thing that gives it the feeling of a maze is that the reflections will confuse the enemy of there positioning. This is more so for byakugan and inuzuka clan members it's basically a widespread dome. I'll be posting the video for it as well so we can recap most of the jutsu.

The ideal combo to using this is that you would use clones to add to the ground you can cover so it does not hinder yourself. Having extra clones fills more range of path.

Alright next up is something I can't see myself using unless somehow the Rp gods correct the jutsu I'll explain why. This jutsu as described, must remain in contact with the enemy for one full turn. so this means contact of any nature as long as you are touching them, you can encase them in a prism of dense crystal. Now I see this as either of two different jutsu's. One that Guren used against Renji where she was behind him and wrapped her arms around him to grab his hands, this was to prevent him making handsigns. Now she then proceeded to cover both her and him with crystal.

The other jutsu that seems reminiscent of this jutsu is the amethyst crystal prison used against Hinata which rose up from the ground encasing her. She was able to encase herself with chakra to prevent completed crystallization and any decent damage would shatter it. Which this jutsu says can shatter after a full turn.

So this jutsu says it takes one full turn of contact to crystallize someone and another turn before she can shatter the enemy sounds contradicting by standards. I'll post these videos after I hear your understandings of what I just discussed.

You can crystalize the opponent and their chance of survival is slim

- Negative points of this technique
Takes one full turn to actually crystallise the opponent and also must remain in contact with the opponent for that full turn, Even after that (this I didn't know until your description) it takes another full turn to shatter the thing that resides in the crystal which is not worth trying.

- Combinations/Elemental usages
None as you cant do anything because you must remain in contact with the person unless you have a clone do something, they cant crystallise the person as I believe they can only do S ranks (though im not sure on this).

- How to counteract the move
encase yourself with charka so you can survive the shattering or just avoiding contact with the user so they cannot crystallise you

- What your opinion is on the move.
I don't like this move at all its too long to perform and the conditions to meet it is hard to achieve I will not be using this at all unless in a rp situation

Alright first up is a jutsu which isn't in the canon list but I'm trying to get it added.




While here you can see the Crystal mirror jutsu used for crystal clones



This is how divine pathway has been shown. Scale wise and usage it's fairly great for combat.

The first technique would be cool and hard to detect and counter but it would be very hard to get into a canon list as how powerful it could actually be.

The crystal mirror emerges very quickly which can be good for defence.

Third is pretty quick consider the amount and widespread range of the technique which can be used for various different things.

The clones which require the mirror had a few more then what your allowed in the canon but that doesn't matter much.

The first of the multiple techniques shows the crystal shuriken that split into separate crystals spikes before impact which is a little different from the canon techs, you then have a crystal sword or lance made under Gurens arm which is the same as the technique. The crystal dragons is also very similar to the canon technique descriptions so not much words on this technique. We then see the lance technique which can reach 10 meters from Guren keeping them at range but this looks more like a mace then a lance to me so that is all I got on this technique.

Alright a few new techniques. Using your crystal chakra form a few small tools which could be beneficial in combat. Pay close attention to the range as it can make or break you're technique severely.

You can make anything basically it is up to your imagination and creativity so this can be very useful as you can make the crystal emerge from pretty much anywhere, as it can be made short of long range.

- Negative points of this technique
You cant make large objects or tools as it is a low rank also being a low ranked the objects can be destroyed easy.

- Combinations/Elemental usages
You could combo it with basically anything beside lighting(unless you are really creative) as you can basically do anything you want with this.

- How to counteract the move

Use a lighting technique or sound to destroy the crystal of what is created.
- What your opinion is on the move
I like this move a lot as it gives you a lot of versatility in how to use and utilise crystal allowing you to basically do what you want with it within its limits.

Alright next up is greater crystal technique, which if you have seen before was likely modelled after all the other jutsu with this name. Can anybody say got boost? Yes this jutsu will boost your crystal structures and tools making you even stronger to deal with. It's a very versatile jutsu so I won't go into much detail, I'll let you do that. If you need hints as to how it works go look at a wood training thread for nifty ideas you will smile and return.
