Okay from what I see you were trying to make a rock staff.
But just for myself I want you to meditate in the ground for a few hours and think about the properties of earth.
Creates a fissure in the ground and traps you in the ground.
Now meditate and concentrate.

I guess I made you wait long enough.
Frees you from the ground and brings you to ground level.
Okay now use what you've learned about earth and try to infuse that into your chakra!
Then try to bring forth a staff of earth. Straight from the ground!

I use the fire chakra to create a ball of fire that I focus hard onto and make into a perfect sphere. I keep focusing and keep the jutsu under control, burning the dummy i'm attacking.*

Concentrates a good sharp amount of earth chakra to my hand. Do the right handsigns. Send the chakra in the ground infront of me. the ground starts to rise creating a nice shaped staff.
