• Release the chakra in an electric discharge in the desired direction

I begin focusing ration chakra throughout my body then perform the ram hand seal, I raise my arm to the air and begin to manipulate my chakra in my hands so that it gets denser I then release the chakra upward in the sky

Pro: Can hit multiple enemies and can be combined with water to get a devastating attack and it is long range.

Con: When the user is focusing the chakra in his hands there is a possibility that the opponent uses a water text on the user and cause him damage

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

• Take out Windmill Shuriken

• Throw the shuriken
• Make an electric cable to keep in contact with the shuriken as it flies

I take out a windmill shurikken i then begin to focus my raiton chakra throughout my body i then begin to concentrate it to my hands i then manipulate my chakra so it goes to the shuriken i then throw the shuriken and cause a cable of electricity to emerge so that i can control the shuriken.

Pro: It can be used to attack the opponent and num them at the same time

Con: The cable can be a disadvantage since a water tech can be used on it causing my electrocution
