Your chakra has different affinities, you don't have to turn your chakra into fuuton chakra o_o

ok so i concentrate on the chakra flowing through my body and then concentrate all my chakra into my hands and then making the handseals that sempai showed me i then release my Fu chakra out of my hands that results in a strong gust of wind in the direction of my hand

Ok now as the sempai told me i concentrate my Fu chakra in my palms and then concentrating on a mental image of a spinning shuriken i start turning around my Fu chakra and hence the air in the same way as the shuriken once i have a spinning air gust i then use more of my Fu chakra to create more of such air gusts once i have prepared 4 air gusts i throw two shurikens at your clone which he dodges then i throw the remaining two and at the same time cause the earlier two shuriken to retrace their path back so that they now hit your clone which goes poof........

Hmm, the base here is okay, if you could reconsider your spelling i would greatly appreciate it, that would also help you in the future.
The mental image of a spinning shuriken has nothing to do with the technique really, the shuriken thing is something you can do, but the technique itself is about creating 4 air gusts which can be controlled with your chakra, imagine 4 flying balls of wind really o_o
Write more about your chakra control and how you make the wind spin
As in the Rasengan, rotation is the key in wind techniques if you ask me.

i now concentrate on the chakra flowing through my body then i concentrate the flow of my Fu chakra into the Palms of my hands i then channel my Fu chakra out of my hands and then try to create a ball of air rotating in my hands......i try this for some time after an hour when i get it i create four more such air gusts which i release into the air along with 4 shurikens i cause the four shuriken to attack the clone from all four directions these shuriken hit your clone which gets poof.....

so now as sempai told me i gather all my Fu chakra into my Throat i keep concentrating the Fu chakra into my throat and then raising a hand over my mouth i then exhale out a great burst of air at the same time continuously concentrating the Fu chakra into my throat so the exhaled burst of cutting wind gets more power and also spreads over a wide range destroying trees in its wake

Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Perfoming quicky handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjucion with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

Focus on the cutting/slashing of this technique, most wind techs are gusts of wind with some special power or range, learn to like it.
