Well,I believe wind is one of the best elements,since unlike water or earth,you don't need a source to use your jutsus.That way you can always perform the wind jutsus.The wind can be used to create tornados or use a wind jutsu to propel into the air avoiding attacks easily without drawbacks.By using wind one can make things like kunais or shurikens go faster and to be stronger.The wind,along with lightning, are the only elements which let you channel it along an object like a sword or kunai.While doing so the shuriken/kunai gets amazing cutting and penetrative capabilites and travel a lot faster than normal shurikens/kunais.The wind is usually used for elemental combos,since you can mix wind and fire to create a fire tornado,or water and wind can create a water tornado.When used in conjuction with mud and fire,one can create a fast going lava river which will reach the opponent in no time.

*Grabs another leaf and infuses it with my wind chakra cutting it a lot but not enough to cut it in half*

*Grabs another leaf and places it in my right hand's palm,then i put my left hand over it and infuse chakra with both of my hands,finally cutting the leaf in half*
*repeats this procces 200 times*
