After your orders are given, I immediately make the bird seal and I begin to inhale through my nose. I breath in from my diaphragm, feeling the wind chakra deep inside my body. I feel the flow channeling from my diaphragm into my lungs and I exhale through my mouth. The air coming out of my mouth, fused with my chakra creates a gust of wind, gathering the dust from the ground and creating a large gust of dusty wind, which disperses into the air. The dust rises between the two of us, clouding your sight of me.

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique
Type: Defence
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes.

I realize that your sigh of me is unclear. Next I throw some kunais in the air and I clap my hands together and instead of focusing on inhaling and exhaling I focus my chakra outside of my body and utilize my wind chakra to create a wind current, I then compress the air around me and my chakra into a rather confined area and I create a gust of wind that carries the weapons faster and also increasing their speed and deadliness.

(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm
Rank: C
Type:Attack/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique

Advantages:

The dust this jutsu could pick up from preforming this jutsu could also cloud the sight of your opponent, giving you the opportunity to get out of sight and used ambush based attacks or escape from a situation. Also the diversion it could play for the moment, blinding your opponent could give you the possibility to go ahead to follow through with another jutsu that they wouldn't expect, for example what I just did.

Disadvantages:

Considering the territory, if in a territory where there is a lot of dust. When this jutsu is performed, just as you could use it as cover for another attack or an escape, your opponent could use it in the same way. The dust being between the two of you could block your sight of your opponent, which is always a flaw that could be used against you. Also, since this is a relative lower level jutsu, any fire technique would be able to make it's way through the winds and that would be an easy counter for this jutsu as well.

(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm

Advantages:

Although it's not the primary use for such a technique, it could still be useful being able to knock down a human easily. Also, to me, this technique seems to be like it was specifically made to enhance the speed and penetrating power of the projectiles.

Disadvantages:

Knocking somebody down doesn't seem like it's too much of an trait. Also, the air in the jutsu is compressed, meaning it's confined to one primary refined direction and size, which would be for the enhancement of the kunai, shuriken or other projectile.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I start by performing the necessary hand seals: Rat → Rabbit → Dog, I take a deep breath and at the same time, I start collecting my wind chakra in my stomach. When I have the chakra ready, I quickly start transporting the chakra towards my gullet and beyond. I then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra. In such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage.

(Fūton: Shinkūgyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra. In such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

I then perform two hand seals Tiger → Dog, I inhale a large amount of air while also blending my wind chakra with it. As I then prepare to release the jutsu I make sure to compress it while it's still in my mouth. Compressing it into a single large, crushing sphere of wind. I then launch a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique and I then proceed by expelling it from my mouth.

(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

(Fūton: Shinkūgyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere

Advantages:

This technique is very good, because you can aim and shoot, making it a wide technique. Also the "several" blasts gives you some room for adjusting to the situation. However, each blast is just a part of the original A rank technique, because they split evenly.

Disadvantages:

Like I already said, each blast is just a part of the original A rank technique, because they split evenly.

(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere

Advantages:

Since the key to this one is compression. Although not nearly compressed as a rasengan, this technique is powerful and serves its purpose very well.

Disadvantages:
-I'm really sorry senpai, I can't think of an disadvantage for this technique.- The only thing that I just realized is that, the opponent can see through the jutsu and know where you're standing, but I'm not sure about that.

I'm impressed. Well done. The last advantage could be the fact that it can be repelled back as it's a solid projectile due to its compression while it could also be ignited with a corresponding fire jutsu. Other than that, well done. I don't think I have anything more to add to it. Questions? Once you're ready we can proceed with the next method.

Method 2: Slicing Gusts

Think of the tangible blasts from the first method of this element. Drawing from both the powerful gusts and the blunt force technique, in this method we get into adding the cutting property of Wind Release into the fray. Where in the last method, the primary objective was to provide powerful pressure to create resistance or a short solid impact, this method encompasses those properties, but adds emphasis on blade like properties. As explained in the series, the user of wind release manages to add these sharp properties by thinly rubbing their chakras against one another to fine tune the wind like a blade. Techniques in this method have the ability to slice through flesh and bone, trees, and still give the pressure and resistance as a normal gust would.

Advantages to Method

The most basic advantage is that you still maintain everything you get in the first method such as the powerful resistivity, as well as gaining an additional property. Again, these types of techniques are wider and even if they don’t range out much in length, they can encompass a wide range of targets within the limited range they’re in. As well, with the ability to shred through objects and even flesh, this gives one more of an advantage against solid obstructions, being able to cut through more and weakening them.

As well you have the blunt gusts of wind that act more so like blades, creating cleaner and sharper cuts. Since they’re more concentrated and condensed they essentially create a pseudo-blade.

Disadvantages to Method

These techniques possess the same disadvantages as the tangible gusts do. The yielding nature of wind, though the added cutting power does give assistance it is not the ultimate solution to solid entities, especially earth based solid advanced elements like steel. As well, where there are more than one overarching ability with these techniques there has to be compensation in power somewhere. What I mean is, the power of these techniques is split between the resistive power and the cutting force. When power is divided among both of these areas and there is no primary center of focus you may not get as potent a techniques as you want.

For the concentrated attacks, again you suffer from the same disadvantages in the first method, you lack the necessary range of width that you’d get from a general gust. Even if the slicing power is much more potent and concentrated, your narrowed technique makes it easier for your opponent to block or avoid it.

-

You perform most of these from your hands, or rather tips of your fingers. Since we're talking about sharp, blade-like gusts, a thin surface to create them, will only be an advantage. You gather your chakra in the tips of your fingers and you slice your hand through the air in front of you, releasing the accumulated chakra. As you do so, you should release a slicing gust. You can also try this with a bladed weapon. A sword would be perfect. Infuse it with chakra and swing it through the air.

After your orders are given, I immediately summon a basic sword. *I'm holding the sword in my right hand.* Afterwards, I gather my wind chakra and channel the concentrated and condensed chakra through the blade, reinforcing its strength and endowing it with some of the more unique qualities of the wind element. I then slice my blade through the air in front of me, releasing the accumulated chakra. By doing so I release a slicing gust.

Advantages:
By using this method I maintain the powerful resistivity, as well as the techniques that are wider and even if they don’t range out much in length, they can encompass a wide range of targets within the limited range they’re in.
The ability to shred through objects and even flesh is also an advantage because this gives one more of an advantage against solid obstructions, being able to cut through more and weakening them. Also you can channel your wind chakra trough swords/blades and that will make them sharper and more powerful.

Disadvantages:
The first disadvantage is, that when power is divided between the resistive power and the cutting force, there is no primary center of focus and you also may not get as potent a techniques as you want.
Also, for the concentrated attacks you don't have the necessary range of width that you’d get from a general gust. Even if the slicing power is much more potent and concentrated, your narrowed technique makes it easier for your opponent to block or avoid it.

Oh you cheater. :D

Good, now, you need to understand that these aren't much different than the previous. They're still wind jutsus after all. They carry the same weaknesses and strengths, but now their shape actually matters, when fighting lightning. If you send a vertical slicing gust at your opponent's horizontal lightning wave, you have to keep in mind that it won't completely negate it. Even if the techniques follow the rank weaknesses and strengths. At best it would split the technique and weaken it, but not do much in general. At least that's how I see it.

I pretty much understand everything about method 2. I have one question though. So you mean, even if my wind technique is higher rank the lightning one will still win?

No, not really. What I'm saying is that it will cut through it, not completely disperse it as the other variants might. However, you gotta understand, this is applicable only to a specific type of jutsu and for a specific type of counters. The situation is as follows if lightning is coming at you like this __ and you use a wind that is going like this | it will cut through it and disrupt the technique from fulfilling its purpose but it won't disperse them in a way that a gust or something with more thickness to it, would. I hope I'm clear.

I see now what you wanted to tell me. Yes everything is clear now. I have no more questions about method 2.
Alright then. These are the techniques. Now tell me, what are their advantages and how would you react when these are used against you. Of course, each separately.

(Fūton: Jūha Shō) - Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material. The user activates it by summoning chakra in his right hand, and then swipes a slicing chakra wave which appears to be controlled by the users will and thoughts. They are also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, successive motion creating up to three crescent blades of wind.

Alright, as explained. You gather chakra in your hand and you swipe it in front of you. This creates a wave of sharp crescent wind blades that you can control to a degree, but not too much.

(Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User will create a slicing wind gust which is used to divide and neutralize a Wind attack launched against him. It splits an incoming wind attack of lower or equal strength and makes it harmless.

Pretty much the same. As mentioned it's good against wind techniques.

(Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent

Erm, well. It's a slashing wave of wind.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: A blade of wind that is unblock able due to wind intangibility.

Oh look, a slashing wind blade once again.

(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Now this is the real deal. You gather chakra in your mouth and you exhale it while moving your head. This creates a wave with a wide angle that is hard to counter because of its width.

(Fūton: Tsuyoi Kaze Nami) - Wind Release: Powerful Wind Wave
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing a small sequence of four hand seals Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram shoots from their mouth a blade of wind 2 meters long that takes on the form of a powerful wind gust.

More or less, same as the previous ones, just that this one has its length actually stated.

(Fūton: Shinkū Renpa) – Wind Release: Serial Waves
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: After performing a the required hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog theuser takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.

The pinnacle of wind jutsus. It's strong enough to slice through a Susanoo, however you need to perform it correctly, by moving your head. You can even split it up to create several blades of wind, in order to hit multiple targets.

(Fūton: Jūha Shō) - Wind Release: Beast Wave Strike
Advantages:
Basically the idea of this technique is, that this wind is very sharp and strong which gives you the ability to slice through things like: your opponent or objects. Also, the number of times (three max), this gives you the ability to strike thrice with the technique, and I could see it being difficult for your opponent to evade three sessions of this technique.
Counter:
Simply, you can counter it with a large scale flame that's wider in it's range then this technique, or to that same logic, a larger more powerful wind release technique.

(Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter
Advantages:
Although this is a relatively low level technique, the ability to cancel out on coming wind release techniques, for example: offensive or defensive, is always useful. This technique doesn't require handseals, which means, that the activation of the technique is fast. Although, when shinobi master a specific element, they have the ability to cast fairly powerful techniques that requires several seals with one hand. However it might be useful for people who are still training.
Counter:
I assume that I will use a wind based technique of a higher level. Since this is a supplementary based jutsu, if I could get my opponent to need to use this technique, as they use it on my other technique, I could follow through with another, of which they might not be able to counter.

(Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror
Advantages:
No hand seals required for this jutsu. As said before, the less hand seals required, the quicker the draw is for the jutsu to be executed for offense, defense, or counter. Also, slashing winds are always good for something, whether it's cutting through your opponent, clones or objects.
Counter:
A simple barrier or a wall, would be sufficient in blocking the technique.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade
Advantages:
Since this technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession. So in my opinion, this technique is pretty useful.
Counter:
The only way to counter it, is to dodge it; moving out the way somehow.

(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave
Advantages:
This technique can cause fatal injury and even death it also covers a large area and it can be used on multiple targets.
Counter:
I would use fire release technique to defend myself against this.

(Fūton: Tsuyoi Kaze Nami) - Wind Release: Powerful Wind Wave
Advantages:
The thickness and the size of the area that this technique covers is great. The speed and force of this technique are also on a high level.
Counter:
I would use fire release technique to stop the gust.

(Fūton: Shinkū Renpa) – Wind Release: Serial Waves
Advantages:
This technique is a continuous release of streaming blade like winds. It's something you have more mobility and control over than one than you'd have over a projectile. Also, you can create several blades of wind, in order to hit multiple targets.
Counter:
I actually don't know about this one, maybe you will need some kind of big wall or shield, but you will need it to be on a high level since this technique is very powerful, do you mind helping me here senpai?

Well, for all of these you can use earthen structures of same rank, shields that cover more then just yourself would be good. And if possible, because of the aerodynamics, make them concave in order to suppress the wind in the indent. If it happened to be a convex shield the wind would slip past it and continue behind it until it merges again. Get the point? Something like this picture.

Yes I get it, thank you again for explaining it to me mate!
However, understand that you're losing vision of your opponent by doing this.

Method 3: Vortexes

Think of tornados or cyclones. In this method the factors of rotation come into the mix. This method focuses on generating powerful gusts or entities of wind through rotation. The rotation adds a couple of useful qualities to the techniques such as their ability to pull objects or opponents with superior suction force, fine tuning sharpness by having the technique form at a central point almost like a drill, or just simply raw destructive power that can uproot and shred. Whatever type jutsu, the key concept of focus and manipulation of wind to cause rotation. The rotation gives more momentum which generates more power.

Advantages of Method

As stated before, the addition of rotation generates more momentum, thereby generating more power. In situations where the rotation of the technique is centered around a specific point or center, the focus the rotation creates a sharper entity like a drill. Techniques of this magnitude generally possess the most power because instead of being wild and uncontrolled, there is a central theme, the wind is drawn in and rotates to some degree which gives more potency in any sort of wind technique whether it be a large gust, brute force, or cutting/shredding power.

Disadvantages of Method

The disadvantages are that these vortexes can be lit up easily. However, it's both an advantage and disadvantage. They can be deflected and directed with some techniques. They can also be cut and disrupted with techniques from the previous method. Strong earthen structures and high amounts of water could be enough to stop these, but depending on the size of the vortex they could also be sucked in because these are basically tornadoes.

Use your chakra to create a vortex and direct it at the small pile of rocks. Then create a bigger one and try to pull out the small tree over there. Points at tree.

After your orders are given, I immediately start concentrating my wind nature chakra in my stomach and then, I start moving it towards all of my body. Next I have the chakra going all over me. After that I slowly start releasing my chakra into the air, more correctly into the nearby wind. I stop when I feel that it's enough and sense my chakra almost all over the field. While sensing my chakra, I start collecting the wind molecules and after that I start using shape manipulation to create the actual tornado, I starts moving them towards me. I then clear my mind, close my eyes and I start thinking of an powerful and wide tornado. I open my eyes and a tornado starts forming in front of me. I finally put the rotation, that adds a couple qualities to the techniques such as their ability to pull objects or opponents with superior suction force. I finally create a big and wide tornado. I then direct the tornado at the small pile of rocks. As the tornado approach the rocks, it destroys them.

As senpai tells me that I should try to pull out the small tree over there, I start concentrating again. I start by concentrating my wind nature chakra in my stomach. After that, I start moving it towards all of my body. Next I have the chakra going all over me again. After that I slowly start releasing my chakra into the air. I stop when I feel that it's enough and sense my chakra almost all over the field. While sensing my chakra, I start collecting the wind molecules and after that I start using shape manipulation to create the actual tornado, I starts moving them towards me. I then clear my mind and I close my eyes again. Next I start thinking of an powerful, wide and big tornado. I open my eyes and a large tornado starts forming in front of me. I finally put the rotation, but this time, I focus on the rotation, because it gives more momentum which generates more power. I finally create a bigger and wider tornado then the last one. After that, I direct the powerful tornado towards the tree. The tornado pulls away the tree.

Since I'm done with the practical part, I begin with the theoretical part, and by this I mean the advantages and the disadvantages for this method.
As you have already said, one of the biggest advantages of this technique is, the addition of rotation generates more momentum, thereby generating more power. Also, generally, techniques like this, possess the most power because instead of being wild and uncontrolled, there is a central theme, and therefore the wind is drawn in and rotates to some degree which gives more potency in any sort of wind technique. The last advantage of which I can think is, that techniques of those kind, will probably give you the upper hand in a combat since they are so powerful.
As for the disadvantages, they are not a lot but I will have to cover them all. The disadvantages are that these vortexes can be lit up easily. They can also be cut and disrupted with techniques from the previous method. Also, strong earthen structures and high amounts of water could be enough to stop these.

As I'm done with it, with a smile on my face, I start talking: "Senpai, I've got a question. What will happen when a wind tornado meets a water tornado in a fight?"

To create a vortex you take control of two wind currents and direct them at each other. Their parallel movement would cause a spinning rotation in between and create the tornado. Now tell me, how exactly does a tornado destroy a few palm-sized rocks? The tornado doesn't have such specific force to crush rocks. It has rotational force which would only cause the tornado to pick up the rocks and spin them inside of it. This is cool because you can, for example, pick up the remains of your ninja tools from the ground and direct them at your opponent once again. Or you can simply pick up a pile of rocks with a tornado to add more power to it.

That's a cool question. If they're same rank, similar in size; in overall same power, but different direction of rotation they would immediately cancel each other out. However, if they were rotating in the same direction they would merge, creating a very strong combo but because of that the combo is very unstable and it would disperse immediately. If you were to create the combo by yourself, due to your chakra fueling both techniques, you would have control over them and you would be able to stabilize them, thus preventing from dispersing. Water and wind is a great combination.

Oh yes that's right. Ahh, I'm really sorry senpai that was really bad mistake and dumb on my part. I promise it won't happen again! The tornado will pick up the rocks and spin them inside of it.
I was thinking the same that water and wind is a very powerful combination. Thank you once again for explaining it to me senpai, much appreciated!

Alright, now for the techniques. Same principle as previously.

(Fūton: Sensougouheki) - Wind Release: Rumbling wind wall
Rank: D
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

As you can see, it's a simple technique that can deflect ninja tools. However, it can be dangerous if used against an explosive material because it explodes on contact which would damage you also.

(Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind
Rank: C
Type: Attack/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30(+10 if used with a fire type)
Description: The user releases a gust of wind that forms several small tornadoes. Combined with Fire Release: Running Fire that forms a circle on ground level, this creates a massive flaming hurricane.

The running fire creates fire along the ground and you use the wind gusts to ignite and then spread the fire, causing a giant flaming hurricane.

(Fūton: Kami Oroshi) - Wind Release: Godly Wind From The Mountain
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Snake → Ram creates a vortex of wind to blast at a target. It can be used in a combo with Fire Release: Running Fire and Earth Release: Earth Corridor to release a massive inferno at the opponents while they are trapped within the confined space of the earth

As explained, best used with earth corridor and running fire, using the same principle as the technique above.

(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 15(+3)
Damage Points: 30(+5 for each addition wind vortex)
Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the technique, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can increase the direction and power of the technique to the maximum as a last resort.

If you stay in one spot you can direct the technique which is very good if your opponent tries to dodge it by changing his position. And to all that it has long range which is magnificent.

(Fūton: Kujaku Senpū) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they swing it to create a powerful whirlwind of gusts of wind by releasing the wind chakra in sync with the swing of the sword.

Great technique if you're about to fight the opponent with your sword. You can try to gain just the little edge needed, in order to take him down. You simply swing your sword and release the gust.

(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

Same as the previous but with a bit more size to it. This one is however used for yourself to get rid of sealing tags or wires, bandages, etc.

(Fūton: Shippuu Tama) - Wind Release: Twister Shot
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user releases a stream of wind infused chakra from their mouth that takes on the shape of a twister to attack the enemy.

Simple enough. A twister used to attack the opponent.

(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. For example, the user can infuse a kunai to resemble a makeshift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power.

Similar to the previous few, however, here you blow the wind onto the weapon to increase its cutting power and to even extend it.

(Fūton: Shinkūken) - Wind Release: Shock Blade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user swings their blade and a gust of wind is released in the arc that it was swung in. The technique is strong enough to stop projectiles that are thrown at the user.

Same as the previous ones that required your sword. This one can stop projectiles up to its rank.

(Fūton: Senmōfū) - Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user concentrates wind chakra into their sword/s and releases the chakra by slashing down infront of them to create a large gust of wind.

Guess what, again a vortex performed with your sword.

(Fūton: Dai Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description:The original version of the Wind Release: Slashing Tornado technique. The user, flapping their Giant Fan, creates a minor tornado, which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent, leaving them crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a small 4 sequence of hand seals to perform the technique.

After 4 hand seals you create a tornado that traps your opponent, lifts him up while cutting him and then crashes him into the ground.

(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return
Rank: B
Type:Supplementary/Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40 (+5 if attack is send back)
Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

After a series of handseals you use your sword to perform a slashing motion with it and release a slicing gust that will split the incoming wind technique. This is a good technique against wind itself.

(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist
Rank: B
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:40
Description: The user delievers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.

One of the main get-away techniques on NB. It allows you to perform a powerful punch that lets you re-position yourself. Most people use it to run away from tough situations by punching and flying backwards to long range.

(Fūton: Dai Kamaitachi) - Wind Style: Great Cutting Whirlwind
Type:Attack
Rank: B
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A bigger version of the cutting whirlwind.

I don't even think I can say anything about this one. The description is so short that its a mystery for Kishi himself, LOL. You just release a strong cutting whirlwind. This was originally used by Temari and her fan but its adopted into our RP and to perform it without a fan I'd say you need at least a handseal, but since it doesn't state so in the description, you're good to go.

(Fūton: Joushou Ryuu) – Wind Release: Rising Dragon
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user makes a giant hurricane using the blade of wind that then draws in the enemies into the hurricane, violently slashing them.

So this one actually has some sucking power and it can draw close enemies into itself in order to incapacitate them.

(Fūton: Tatsuno Ooshigoto) - Wind Style: Severing Pressure
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: The user sends wind into the sky to darken the clouds and make the environment stormy. These clouds will create a cutting tornado that comes down as a F-5 tornado with slicing wind.

So you create a strong wind that you release into the atmosphere and create a stormy environment which then sends a massive tornado down onto the battlefield.

(Fūton: Renkuudan) - Wind Style: Drilling Wind Bullet
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: Originally Gaara's technique, different characters will need to perform handseals in order to imbue the large amount of chakra needed into thier lungs. The user will then pound thier stomach to increase the pressure as they release a huge spiraling sphere of wind, which is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.

This is similar to the techniques that Danzo performs. You actually increase the pressure before you release it in order to add more power to it.

(Fūton: Sensougouheki) - Wind Release: Rumbling wind wall
Advantages:
The primary use for this technique seems to be defensive technique against projectiles and close ranged taijutsu techniques. Also, when you think, this technique would be used distancing, setting up the wall to deflect or stop your opponent, while they need to deal with that before hand, you could get yourself out of range or prepare for another attack.
Counter:
I would simply use a fire release jutsu of any rank to force it's way through the serial spinning wall of winds, the weaknesses explained above. Use a jutsu that applies more pressure then then the walls can take, as it is wind, there is no solid factor, if the object has enough overall mass and velocity to penetrate, in my opinion, the winds will disperse.

(Fūton: Kamikaze) - Wind Release: Divine Wind
Advantages:
This isn't a single move, meaning it has the ability to make several small tornados instead of juts one. They maybe be small but they are powerful and they can also cause relative harm.
Counter:
I will come at it with a stronger jutsu, like a powerful water jutsu, I guess it could work.

(Fūton: Kami Oroshi) - Wind Release: Godly Wind From The Mountain
Advantages:
You're creating a vortex of strong wind to act as a great force towards your opponent. Also, I see the possibilities of combining this technique with a fire release jutsu to create a rather strong vortex of fire.
Counter:
I would say a strong earth barrier or wall could protect you from this.

(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance
Advantages:
The technique requires a small amount of seals making the jutsu quick to use. Since the wind cyclones can be controlled, the jutsu could me maneuvered to attack around your opponent from different angles.
Counter:
The jutsu isn't wide spread, meaning it could be avoided with another jutsu without much need for displacing yourself too much.

(Fūton: Kujaku Senpū) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind
Advantages:
There are no seals required, the execution of this technique is dependent on the user's swinging of their blade to release the winds. Also, swinging the blade allows the wind to travel faster.
Counter:
I can't remember which, but there was one wind release technique that can cancel this technique out, since this is the same level as the other.

(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation
Advantages:
Again, no seals are required, making this a rather quickly activated technique. And as it was said in the description the wind could be used to block on coming projectiles and it would be effective as it covers me from all angles of attack.
Counter:
I would simply stay out of range of this technique, which isn't too difficult to do considering the rather short and limited range aspect of this technique.

(Fūton: Shippuu Tama) - Wind Release: Twister Shot
Advantages:
No hand seals for this technique either, which is always a plus. It decrease the time needed to activate this wind release jutsu, as the technique only requires you to exhale a breath with your wind chakra.
Counter:
Using technique like Hiding Like a Mole, going out of range, or going through with a tangible element or perhaps just it's elemental weakness like fire would work.

(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade
Advantages:
The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality so all those things are plus.
Counter:
Well I assume you just don't have to allow the user to use this technique on his blade.

(Fūton: Shinkūken) - Wind Release: Shock Blade
Advantages:
With this technique you use your blade as the medium for the technique instead of hand seals, so it's quick on the draw.
Counter:
Perhaps a strong enough barrier.

(Fūton: Senmōfū) - Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind
Advantages:
The same applies for this technique as with the former. The medium is the sword so there is no need for hand seals and it's quick on the draw.
Counter:
Perhaps a strong enough barrier again will do the job.

(Fūton: Dai Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado
Advantages:
This tornado will ensnare your opponent meaning there isn't a way out once they get caught in.
Counter:
I assume that, using a fire technique would prove to be a good counter.

(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return
Advantages:
Well this technique doesn't have to require seals unless you don't have a blade so that's a plus.
Counter:
I assume that, you could put up a wall of earth to block this technique.

(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist
Advantages:
The size of the whirlwind is enough to deflect most attacks, definatly larger projectiles or masses of water and other items. This jutsu doesn't have any seals, so that is a plus too.
Counter:
I would try to avoid the technique and then counter it with fire release jutsu.

(Fūton: Dai Kamaitachi) - Wind Style: Great Cutting Whirlwind
Advantages:
This technique doesn't require any hand seals so that is a plus once again. This maybe one of the more quicker released techniques of the wind element.
Counter:
I assume that, I will use a earth release jutsu which would neutralize the wind technique.

(Fūton: Joushou Ryuu) – Wind Release: Rising Dragon
Advantages:
The technique requires no hand seals. Also due to the size and agility of the hurricane, it can attack more enemies.
Counter:
With any B-rank or higher fire release technique.

(Fūton: Tatsuno Ooshigoto) - Wind Style: Severing Pressure
Advantages:
Again it doesn't require hand seals also the power of the tornado is great and it can cause serious injuries to the opponent.
Counter:
I would mostly likely use Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique to simply escape the tornado that is surrounding me through earth.

(Fūton: Renkuudan) - Wind Style: Drilling Wind Bullet
Advantages:
This technique seems to be very strong and it is also strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta, which is a plus I assume.
Counter:
Hmm, I can't think of any disadvantage here, do you mind helping me out senpai?

Well, as you said yourself. Barriers, domes and shields would work against most of these and to be honest, they're applicable for almost every jutsu. Same goes with elemental advantages and weaknesses. As long as the jutsu is matching the size/range/rank it should be a sufficient defense. But you don't always have to rely on defensive jutsus in order to defend yourself. You can use offensive techniques not only to defend against an opponent's jutsu but also to attack him at the same time.
