Yeah I pretty much get what you want me to do and with every new technique it is getting even more interesting. :p The analyze of the genjutsu is a pretty smart thing to do.

If I keep chipping my finger like that, you can actually profit from it and start collecting my blood and after that you can donate it and get some cash. A business idea right there. Lol
LoL, right. You can start it without me.

( Kasumi Jūsha no Jutsu ) - Mist Servant Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This illusion creates numerous illusionary clones of the user that appear to emerge from the ground, trees, rocks, etc. If these clones are attacked, they appear to multiply. The user can co-ordinate his attacks with the clones to make it appear as if they are real.

Once again, illusionary clones. Just a greater amount that appears to be emerging from the whole battlefield. The obvious tell-off is by attacking the clones and seeing them multiply but there's some more. It's a cool technique because you can make it realistic with your own attacks and it's also interesting to have actual clones within the illusionary bunch. It can be a good combination.

Lazy ass, always I have to do the work and at the end you get the cash U_U

I would say that this particular genjutsu-technique falls under the Trickery-type of genjutsu techniques since it makes the opponent see what is not there, in this situation obviously the clones.

About the explanation of the genjutsu, I would focus on pretty much the same what I have said for the last genjutsu technique. I would closely look at the clones, do they make any sounds while running or once again does terrain alter where they appear. And not only that, I will look for two more important things and they are: as we all know regular/normal clones appear with a poof of smoke and likewise they don't simply emerge from other objects like that.

That's how the whole PS-Sensei thing works. Deal with it.

Yes, that's correct. Since you can coordinate the attacks with the clones it means that the opponent can see you in the illusion too and that's the whole point of trickery.

Alright, you're correct ^^. The clones are forming from trees, rocks, ground which means that they're emerging from the objects not "poofing" onto the battlefield like when Naruto performs his shadow clone technique. That's a good good catch. ;)

I believe we are at the last D-Rank Genjutsu, this one:

( Magen: Narakumi ) - Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint.

Alright.

Well pretty much this one is a rather strange Genjutsu, in my opinion. Especially when we talk about the sentence, I will quote: "... potentially causing them to faint ...", what does this mean, potentially how much faint does it cause to the opponent, but yeah whatever. In my opinion someone needs to add a bit more detail/information to this particular Genjutsu technique, not to mention that it is only for short range and against a skilled opponent it will be difficult to work and pretty much makes the Genjutsu rather useless against close combat masters. But yeah ... a good genjutsu user will know how to keep his range lol

I would say that this particular Genjutsu technique falls under the Trickery-type of genjutsu techniques once again since it makes the opponent see what is not there, in this situation to see the image of whatever they fear the most. To be honest, can it also be consider under the category of Other-type, cause yeah it makes you see something that is not there, but this time it's an image? I might be wrong though.

About the reasonable description I would say that in a fight, I'm for sure not going to wait for the leaves to drop or anything. I would immediately react from when the leaves spin around me. I will ask myself this question: would I hear the spiralling through and around the air; if no, well then it is obvious that it is an illusion in other words a genjutsu technique. Again I'm making sure to use my hearing sense for my own advantage.

First of all, he doesn't think, he knows. Second, start training before I mass report the shit out of you. Quick, short recap of everything, go.

First of all, you cannot mass report the shit out of me because my fanbase is bigger than yours. Second, there is nothing much to recap because the D-Ranks aren't that interesting but since you wish so I am going to do it.

So we first learned that you are awesome. Next we went through the different kinds of genjutsu. There are four kinds: Paralysis/Restriction (techniques that paralyze your opponent); Trickery (techniques that make your opponent see or believe something that isn't real and isn't there); Concealing (techniques similar to trickery except that they conceal yourself); and last but not least Others (the techniques that can't be sorted into any of the previous groups). Another important thing that we covered is the most important aspect when fighting with and against Genjutsu. You have to know the limitations of it, it is that simple. Basically, what it can affect, what it can't. With one word you can call it "recognizance". It is extremely important to master the reality first, in order to better recreate it with a Genjutsu. And, by knowing the weak spots of a Genjutsu, where it's too recognizable, or where reality crosses with the illusion, you're able to better adapt to the genjutsu.

I learned from you that it is important to be detailed when explaining why did you thought your opponent used genjutsu as well as making sure to use your five sense to figure out why it is a Genjutsu. It is crucial that you're able to understand and reason yourself that you're in a genjutsu, otherwise you won't be able to use a counter for it and you will basically lose the fight, depending on the circumstances. Breaking out of a Genjutsu just because you know you're in a genjutsu by reading your opponent's move, is not allowed. Likewise, any reasoning you do, it must be done fast. Especially on a fast-paced fight, if you go on long discourses about how you know it's a Genjutsu, it makes it unrealistic and not a very good counter and of course it can cost you to lose the fight.

That's all I managed to learn so far. Anything you would like to add?

It never does, perks of being your personal student. Sure.
Then buckle up because this might get bumpy. D:

( Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release
Rank: C-S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

Kai! I dedicated a whole paragraph to genjutsu release at the beginning and you even mentioned it yourself. This is the technique considered as one of the release methods. Basically what is does is force a surge of chakra throughout your chakra system and by doing this it overwrites the genjutsu by creating a disturbance of the previous flow, the flow that the genjutsu was controlling. When you're under a genjutsu that basically means that the opponent is controlling your chakra flow by channeling it into different parts of your brain and so on and to get rid of that control you need a chakra spike. As you can see it's also multi-ranked which means that you can use the higher ranked variations depending on your rank so better start working on that post count. And finally, as the last sentence says this technique is just used to release the genjutsu but you still need to come up with a valid rationalization of why you think you're under a genjutsu.

Personally, I won't be using the technique that often since I like to think I would cope perfectly fine without it. Likewise it should never be used for D Rank techniques, it is obvious that you can, with free from get yourself out of a D Rank Genjutsu (of course any rank genjutsu but, as we already covered, you will also be damaging yourself when you use free form to get out of Genjutsu, depending on its rank). However, sometimes its the best option to take, as pain release is problematic for most bios. If I really have to, I am going to use it for A and S Ranks only. Maybe for B Ranks too depending on the situation. Since one of the canon omnidirectional techniques that releases you from Genjutsu is Nagashi (it is A rank I believe so you would be able to release yourself from an B rank Genjutsu) you can use that against B ranked genjutsu techniques, but of course if your opponent is smart he can place that nasty water sphere around you and you are going to become a fresh, grilled fish. An important note is that if a Genjutsu is restricting this technique (Kai) obviously isn't ideal for the job. Also I would like to add that one has to make sure to watch the rules for battles very closely, many of them say "No Kai".

Exactly, this is basically for those high ranked genjutsu but you also need to be able to perform the handseal, so this is a no go with paralyzing techniques. It's always good to have alternative methods to release yourself in such situations, thus why I, for example, made sure to place a few seals on my body to do that when I can't and I also made a weapon which purpose is also detecting genjutsu (mostly visual) by analyzing the vibrations of sound through its hilt when I can't rely on my eyes.

(Fūinjutsu: Fusenmē Fūin) – Sealing Technique: Self Disruption Seal
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is a seal that's printed usually on the back of the user's hand, with the mark of "Disruption" in a large Kanji letter, this is a special seal that has only one purpose, which is to alert the user of foreign chakra in which it enters the user's body, which is basically what activates the seal's ability, This seal has some of the user's own chakra and is connected directly to the user's chakra circularity system, therefore when a foreign chakra enters the user's body, the user's chakra inside the seal is disrupted and when the disruption happens it causes the seal glows in a dark red color and surges of red lightning like surges of light, these surges produce a sound that's familiar by the user as well as the bright glowing light alerting the user that a foreign chakra has entered his body, this is a pretty useful technique since it alerts the user of foreign chakra in which inside his body by his opponent the second the foreign chakra enters the body, which is useful in letting the user know that he is under a genjutsu technique used by his opponent, the only downside to this technique is that if the user used the Cursed Seal, Sage Mode, Bijuu Techniques or Eight Internal Gates, the Seal would glow as well since it's a foreign chakra that's not the user's own, thus the user isn't able to know if he's under a genjutsu whilst any of the previously mentioned modes are active.
Note: The Seal glows 3 times per battle.
Note: No Fūinjutsu techniques A-rank or above the turn the seal activates.

Wow that is truly smart. So not only that you are better than everyone else at Genjutsu but also nobody can put you into it. Awesome!
Nah, you're mistaken. They can put me in a genjutsu just as everybody else, I'm not immune. It's just that I have multiple ways of finding out that I'm in a genjutsu for situations when I can't come up with a rational explanation. And then, I still have to release myself from the genjutsu. Anyway;

( Kori Shinchū no Jutsu ) - Sly Mind Affect Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent that makes them believe they are travelling in a straight line, when instead they are moving in circles. This is only effective on moving opponents. If the opponent travels in the circle for hours, they will be exhausted.

A genjutsu that is useful when the opponent is charging at you. For example, if you're mid ranged and he wants to engage a hand to hand combat. When he runs at you, you cast this and he will believe that he's going towards you while he will follow an arc and this allows you to take advantage of that fact. The description says that he will travel in circle for hours but if you look at it realistically there's no way an opponent won't notice that something is wrong. A good use that I've witnessed is the foggy genjutsu mist of Kirigakure that has cast this genjutsu, tricking you into believing that you're traveling towards Kiri while you're actually circling in the open sea, but since then the NW has been or will be rebuilt. Btw. I want you do continue the training the same way we did so far, what group would you put this genjutsu in, how would you realize that you've been put under the genjutsu and how would you release yourself from it once you came with a conclusion.

This one is a 'special' one. Not really a battle useful technique but it can find its purposes in our NW, as you have already mentioned yourself. An exceedingly simple technique, but most tend to misunderstand or over-complicate it. Since the Genjutsu will cause them to see themselves continuing on in this straight line path, when in reality they're running around in circles, I would say that I am going to put this one in the group of Trickery, since it basically tricks you and makes you see or believe something that isn't real.

Now that I think about it, usually its better to avoid this Genjutsu entirely by simply running in a non-linear path (e.g. a zigzag motion). However, if I do happen to be caught in it, I could simply use the reasoning, that as I believe that I am traveling in a straight line, but really in reality I am going in circles, I will soon enough begin to realize that I am not getting any closer to my enemy(ies) or target(s). Likewise there is one more way, by using thrown objects to decipher that I am moving in circles, since more likely than not the object will go off on angled flight path, clearly showing you're not moving in a straight line. I think I have seen that technique being used in a fight so I am aware of what it can possibly do.

Once I explained why I think it is a Genjutsu I would release myself from it with, for example a full body surge.
