The user has the ability to add sharpness to a weapon. This not only increases the damage, but it also adds length to the reach of the weapon. If used on Shuriken, since it adds an extra spin, it can be used to blow away the smoke from a smoke bomb.
Weak Points:
Like all CQC based jutsu, if used in CQC, it'll prove futile against an opponent strengthened in Kenjutsu. Also, if thrown, it can only go so far, therefore the enemy can gain distance to avoid the technique completely.
Combination-Strategies:
Due to it being Fuuton, the user can throw it, then fire a Katon jutsu at the weapon. This'll add damage, and make it look hella cool. The winds'll feed the fire, strengthening all three attacks.
Ways to counter:
Since the range is limited, one could gain a vast amount of distance from the attack. By using Wind Rock Barrage, you could send giant boulders at the weapons, forcing it to take the blunt of the attack. If this doesn't comepletely get rid of it, it'll slow it down, giving you a much more basic attack to deal with.
Michonne takes a medium-sized shuriken from her back pouch, she holds it up to her face and blows. As she blows, a spinning, concentrated blade of win protrudes from the sides. She then puts her finger in the hole of the weapon, and spins it more. She forcefully tosses it at the clone, afterwards, she turns around and laughs in excitement, proud of how far she's come.
