Analyzing the first jutsu:
The tech is good as it can be used for an all round attack, to force the opponent into a defensive position and to get a safe things (in mid air) from the target, the tech can be used to provide weapons for battle (though nothing special about the weapons), while in mid air the user get a good view of the terrain and can easily escape ground attack but the shortcomings of the tech make this move one done only in special moment like against an equal or slower or weakened opponent, I don't advice this as a starting move, it takes time to do and when against a faster opponent, they can disrupt the move halfway or destroy the scroll.

Format for the second jutsu.
Counter:
By producing a frontal defence like an elemental wall (earth or water wall) to counter the assault of the many kunais though this will temporary rob the user of his view so a better move will be the use of a wind jutsu that can see back the kunais to the user. This second counter will put the ninja at an advantage.

Advantages:
The technique has a wide range of attack, due to the number of Kunais it can not easily be dodged or avoided. It gets the job of many ninjas done at once saving up time and energy. Since the kunais levitate without the use of any physical medium, the user can find it easy to switch between moves if it should backfire.

Disadvantages:
The kunais all travel in one direction so simply moving from line of travel render the move useless, the kunais can not be called back and also the opponent can take the kunais as their weapon if they survive the attack which is not what we want. The weapons need the user directive to strike, this reduce the chance of a hit compared to an auto-target weapon.

Performing the third jutsu:
Alright!
Flex my muscle to shake off the training rust that have gathered over the months.
Pulling out a bomb tag I direct your clone to come pick it up and dash off from us, then I mold my chakra to resonate with the one in the paper bomb while your clone is still within long range from me I spike up my chakra to produce a rhythm which cause the bomb tag that your clone held to go off that is explode and destroy the clone.

Everything was cool except the disadvantage you listed. You stated that you can simply move out of the trajectory of the kunai, which is true, but remember you still need to use a move and not do it free form or else good game. Lets keep it moving, do the same thing as last time. One method for a jutsu till all methods are used.

A nice widespread attack that hits numerous ranges with an onslaught of kunai. Be careful when using this move tho. That spinning motion in the air leaves the user susceptible to attacks himself as they are stripped of their clear view of the battlefield.

(Ninpo: Bōkun Yobidashi no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Tyrants Calling Technique

Description: This technique enables the user to project an image of themselves in the sky in order to send a message. This technique can work as a good diversionary technique.

A cool tech that can be used in battle to aid the user in really specific situations which are rare to happen, and is better used as a means to relay info when confronting a village or group of invaders in our rp.

( Rakka Kibaku Fuda ) - Falling Paper Bomb

Description: The user will throw three paper bombs connected to kunai that act like parachutes and float down above the enemy. The user will then make the confrontation hand seal to explode the explosive tags when they reach their desired location.

A cool tactical jutsu used to attack the enemy with delayed explosions triggered by the user at any time. Don't sleep on these chakra-less techniques bro. These moves can change tides of battle when used by an advance shinobi.

Performing the first jutsu:
After the smoke cloud that result from the explosion has cleared off, I withdraw six kunais from my pouch (I am holding three kunais in each hand), then I form energy in my legs and perform a powerful jump upward to push myself into the sky, as I attain the top height of my jump, I shift my weight to match that in the air allowing me to be weightless for a very short time, utilizing this short time I move my focus to my upper body and start to rotate at a clockwise direction. Now as I rotate I release my kunais almost at the same time that is within seconds interval to hit the target practice dolls that had already been put in place around me (Short range) at the start of my move. After I throw ally weapons I stop rotating and drop down to the ground.

Analyzing the second jutsu:
Well this jutsu doesn't require any form of mastery or expertise, it seem to be used to make up for long distance and mass(crowd) communication, though I didn't see it used in the anime I have seen it used often in our Rp, strangely by the opponent to inform of their attack ?____? And it is quite effective as all ninjas can view it (doesnt require dojutsu to decipher). Due to its form (a large flat-screen in the sky), it can easily be seen or detected plus the jutsu come with visuals and audio(two in one jutsu).... For me, the good thing about this jutsu is that aside from the visual on the screen, the opponent can not tell where you are transmitting from.

Format for the third jutsu.
Counter:
Usage of wind or water jutsu to ambush the paper bombs before it get to the target, the wind or water can cause the bombs to explode prematurely or send the floating kunais off the area of attack or push back the paper bombs to the user (this last one is more of a counterattack).

Advantages:
It put kunais to good use lol, due to the method used to perform, the user can easily fuse another move with it like earth spikes or water syrup technique. The bomb tags can be remotely detonated which means the user if caught in area of target can choose to not denote the bombs thus saving her life.

Disadvantages:
The technique is slow; the time it takes for the bomb to parachute down is enough for the opponent to kill the user a hundred times (exaggerating I know). The floating kunais can hardly pass of as a sneak or hidden attack, the chance of a major hit will require the user to waste a jutsu slot either to restrain or distract the target. The explosion has to be timed if ignited too early it is wasted.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.
Note: Cannot merge into mediums which aren't tangible

A very cool ninjutsu that lets you fuse with tangible passive objects, meaning objects devoid of chakra. The user is still aware of the outside world even when merged making it good for sneaking up of loafing foes, but when used on the earth be careful because the user is left susceptible to doton.

(Fuda Chūshutsu no Jutsu) Tag Extraction Technique

Description:
After doing the Ram seal, the user will put his palm close to a hidden explosive tag or sealing tag and will draw it out towards his hand. If the tag is inside a solid object it will warp through it towards the users palm. The technique disables the tag as it draws near the users hand in the case its an explosive tag.

A tech that basically allows the user to deactivate sealing/explosive tags even when hidden within objects.

( Kage Bunshin no Jutsu ) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Doujutsu. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

The new revised shadow clone technique that we all know and love from the series. These clones are your physical copies that can perform all jutsu that you know once created. All clones appear in a puff of smoke within short range of the user and when destroyed any knowledge they may know foreign to the original user goes back to them now making them aware. Last time I checked they could even be dispersed by free form, but with this new revamp I am unsure of a few things when it comes to this move.

Counter:
By destroying the structure in which the opponent merges into, since they can't perform technique while in that state they will not be able to counter. Also if you have access to a sealing technique, now will be a good time to use it. Lol

Advantages:
OK this part was hard for me in relation to our NW RP, erm while the user is merged within an object, techniques or moves weaker than the object can't get the user, the user can move freely and easily within the object, their speed and response time is not affected. The user can still tell what is going on around them and can't be sensed

Disadvantages:
The technique doesn't work for non tangible and chakra filled object, while the user partake in this jutsu they will not be able to do any other jutsu.

Question: When it said "the user is still aware of the world outside the object" how? Is this not sensory?

Analyzing the second jutsu:
First off I like the technique due to how safe it is "the technique disables the tag as it draws near the users hand in the case its an explosive tag."; the jutsu is two in one:it disable and draw out the paper tag. The move wouldn't require handseal, and I can do it swiftly. Plus the tags comes to the user not the other way round so once there is a counter it is very easy to stop the move and escape or retaliate.

Question: can I use it to take out many tag at once?

Performing the third jutsu:
"A second of me... Catastrophic"
Starting off with chakra management, I amass a large portion of chakra together then I divide it into four equal part... Then I release each chakra portion out of my body to a spot that is short range from me, then I get to manipulate the nature of my exposed chakra to take form, shape and gradually identity of me.

The answer to your first question is, because the technique is more of a spying, fleeing, hiding, move it gives the user a sort of temporary sensing for the time being. Some techniques in our Rp uses other means to sense without the shinobi being of the sensory type and this is one of them. If you have earth training think of hiding like a mole as well in which you retain your ability to sense above the ground. As for your second question I don't think so. I think it's one tag per usage. Other than that good job and let's continue with the same three methods being used on the jutsu below.

(Kuchiyose: Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Rashōmon

Description: This summoning creates a demonic form of the main gate of old Kyoto, which is capable of blocking almost any attack. The Rashomon stands tall and wide covering a range of about 10 meters in width and height.
Note: This technique can only block B rank and below.

A pretty cool summoning technique that calls forth a gigantic gate with demonic features so durable that it can block many techniques B rank and below. I'm thinking because this is a summoning ninjutsu versus just raw chakra ninjutsu that this technique can withstand elements of equal rank as well, but if anything ask other sensei for their opinion in the matter.

(Ninpo: Kagonome) – Ninja Art: Wire Cage

Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user can manipulate metal strings to form a protective dome. This dome is capable of repelling most basic Taijutsu attacks up to A rank. The user can reshape the wire within the dome, changing it to a binding string with ease, however it is weak to lightning based techniques.

After like 3 or so hand seals the user is able to manipulate metal wires ninja tool in order to create a large protective dome around the user. The user would have to have a good amount in order to use, so I wouldn't just use this technique out of the blue unless it's stated in your biography that you have an efficient enough supply.

(Ninpo: Akuma Kaze Bakudan) - Ninja Art: Demon Wind Bomb

Description: The user after creating a shadow clone and grabs it then transforming into a Fuma Shuriken that is then thrown at the enemy the shuriken then turns back into the shadow clone who then punches the target in the face.
Note: Can also add kunai for extra damage and must create one shadow clone before use.

A feint attack meant to be used to catch the opponent off guard after thinking they have dodged your attack. This move requires two people, the user and their clone, before use of this technique so do not think that you can create a clone via this technique. After grabbing the premade clone the user will transform the clone into a fuma shuriken that they then throw towards the enemy who will be in trouble whether they block or dodge. In both cases the clone will still appear, now closer to the opponent, and you'll be able to utilize its new found position relative to the enemy as a surprise to strike. The clone can either strike the target or throw a kunai after appearing via this technique, and afterwards they can just follow up with any techs they like.

Performing the first jutsu:
Basically I simply channel raw chakra to my left hand and bite tip of my thumb with my teeth to draw out blood, this cause me negligible pain. I proceed to place my hand on the ground in an open palm fashion then scream out the words "Kuchiyose Rashōmon". From the sky a rectangular like structure with incredible height and width will drop down to the ground just in front of me that is three to five feet from my current position (which I have no idea of), I observe the thick block and noted a design on the structure.

Format for the second jutsu.
Counter:
Obviously lightning techniques will make an effective counter against this. Another is earth based technique, any move that can protrude from below the target that is from the ground can also counter this move effortlessly. Or you could just drown the ninja with their wire cable with water release.

Advantages:
It makes good use of the wires, I like the fact that the protective dome can easily and quickly be turned into a trap (binding string) quickly thus making also an offensive move. The move does not force the user to remain in one place as long as the hands are free even while sliding through the air, anyone can perform it. It seem very effective against taijutsu.

Disadvantages:
It require a lot of ninja wire to perform, which means creating the protective dome with the wire may not be as fast as assumed by many. The dome blocks the ninja vision of their opponent which is not only risky but a deadly move. The move forces the user into a defensive position, and lastly while the technique is active the hands are preoccupied.

Analyzing the third jutsu:
When I saw Sasuke and Naruto perform this technique it was awesome (probably due to the repeated scene) that's that. The technique in all is impressive, the ability to shape-shift a biological entity into a weapon and when transformed has the properties of that weapon is cool. I like the fact that though the clone is turned into a tool, they still are aware of their terrain, and added plus is the clone can possess a weapon of their own too (a weapon in a weapon O_O). For other applications; it is a nice way to move your clone across a long distance or gap.​

The Sensei throws his student a scroll and takes one of for himself, "I'm sure you've used scrolls before, this technique is simple enough - you pour your chakra into the scroll and it'll summon an iron dome around you, you can protect yourself and allies but it's weakness is that it doesn't block attacks from below. No need to summon one to show me here, it's a simple premade scroll technique." He throws a couple more scrolls at her so that she can keep them for future fights. "Any Questions about the Kuchiyose: Tetsuengo Kabe Technique?"

I produce a weak but effective buff of air from my body as your first tossed scroll come close to me, the wind stop the scroll in mid air allowing me to use my left hand to swift it from the air, I repeat the same with the other scrolls but didn't bother to grab them rather I allow them fall to the ground just inches from my feet.

"no question" I reply after listening to your explanation of the jutsu.

"My training in the ninja art has been long and tiring, I feel my memory is not as accurate as before but am I familiar to it or not I can't say but...

I morph chakra within my belly and release it out just within short range from me and manipulate the chakra to produce a carbon copy of me.

"I believe I am" I added with a wink.

"Well you're gonna need another clone, we'll get this little technique out of the way and then do some Manipulated Tool Combos." Tasuke nodded with a grin before continuing, "You and two of your clones will perform a string of hand seals, this consists of the Dog, Rabbit, Monkey and then you'll clap your hands before taking out several shuriken and throwing them. Please throw them away from me, you and your clones will create multiple copies of the shuriken from the originals to perform a large barrage."

Jumping forward, I and my clone create a 3m gap from you. Again I manipulate my raw chakra to form an entity filled with my chakra and looking almost as breathtaking as I.

I and my two clone stand next to each other and weave three handseals and clap hands almost at the same time then we withdraw six shuriken each from our weaponry, the shurikens are placed in between ur fingers such that three shuriken is fix at one hand and another three on the other hand, this will make a total of eighteen shurikens in our possession. We turn our backs toward you and shoot out the shurikens in quick succession into the open air as the ninja tools travel I and my clone make the shuriken to replica themsleves producing a tangible version. the eighteen shuriken each replicating itself will produce thirty-six shurikens thus forming a barrage.

I watch closely as the shurikens fly off into the sky then return to the ground covering a mid range distance from us.

Tasuke begins to lay out some Scrolls on the ground varying of all different sizes, one scroll was paired with Tonfas. He stood up from crouching and grinned at her,

"Alright, I want you to pick two of the sets of scrolls and weapons out of the four here (Pick Two Techniques) and I will perform them. The other two I will explain and you will perform them. You get to watch and learn and then I will also teach you and learn, these techniques basically follow the same rules so I think it's helpful to do it this way."

I return my attention to Tasuke sensei as he explain the next technique while my two clones appear to be carefree waiting to be called upon.

"I chose the first and third technique for demonstration, while I will like to perform the second and fourth technique."[/b] I answered with a puzzle look as this form of training was intriguing to me. I wondered what next.

Tasuke nods to his student's choices and begins. He picks up the first pair of scrolls and threw them up into the air, unravelling them and pouring his chakra into it's seals and within an instant and poof of smoke there were weapons all around him; all under his control floating in his vicinity. The Barrage of blades shoots forward and smashes into a dummy, the finaly weapon smacking him into the air as another, a kunai attached with a chain wrapped around it's leg pulled it into the ground, this followed up with the weapons once again attacking the dummy, but this time smashing it into the ground.

The Weapons disappeared and Tasuke made his next mode, sweeping the scroll and tonfa into his hand he puts the scroll in his mouth and whacks a Dummy with his left arm, doing an elbow strike but with his tonfa, cushioning his arm as it threw the dummy into the sky. He immediatedly drops the tonfa and throws the scroll into the air, jumping upwards to meet the Dummy. From the scroll which had unravelled next to him a bo staff appears and he quickly grabs it, thrusting it into the Dummy's abdomen - sending it tumbling into the earth. From the same scroll a huge spiked club appears which he grabs - dropping the staff and falls towards the dummy, crushing it into the ground.

He wipes his brow as he stands, "doing that all at once, is a pain in the ass. So before I explain to your the other Jutsu, did you follow me alright?"

"my eyes had difficulty keeping up with your pace and reaction time but I got the most of it, though that elbow strike using the tonfa had me confused but that is cleared now" I replied.
Briefly I turn my eyes to the dummy then back to Tasuke sensei.

Tasuke bows his head, "Sorry about that, very good though, glad you could keep up." He stood above the remaining scrolls and began to explain, "This scroll here will summon a multitude of weapons with strings attached to them, you will real them in and stack them, one above the other - think of it like a magazine to a machine gun where the bullets would be stacked upon one another, it's the same principle except you will stand above your tower of weapons and backflip from it, using your chakra you will command the weapon on top to shoot first, followed by the rest going downwards one after another.

This larger scroll her, you will unravel and throw it towards your enemy, but it will be aimed above them using your chakra you'll activate the seals and release a barrage of kunai that'll rain down, following that is a couple chains that'll lock them to the ground." Tasuke let out a huff, "Manipulated tool techniques are boring, they are just scrolls filled with the Techniques, it's just using them correctly and creatively that makes you stand out from the rest."

"I agree sensei, these technique are too ordinary"

There I unroll my scroll and channel my chakra through it to release a variety of ninja weapons, the weapons will all be linked together by a string to me. From my stance I jump upward into the sky to attain a good height as I elevate I move the weapon using the string to start to fixate themselves on top of each other like a deck of cards. Once the weapons are stacked I land on top of them. "This is easy, all I need is balance" I tell myself. Next I gather power in my legs and do a back flip at the time I command the topmost tool using the string linked to it to shoot forward and strike the dummy, as the top most tool shoot off, the immediate tool follow along and the next one too, this action continue until the last weapon. All weapon would have strike the dummy by the time I land to the ground.

I move to pick the bigger scroll and assume a close range to the dummy, I channel my chakra into the scroll and unseal it, then I unfold the scroll and toss it over the dummy like a blanket, I maintain contact with the scroll at one end through my hand, next I mold my chakra into the scroll to cause a rain down of thousands of kunais from the scroll on the dummy as if that wasn't enough a set of chain drop down out of the scroll on the dummy, the chains will serve as a restraining tool to pin the dummy to the ground...

"what's next Tasuke sensei?" I ask with hopes for something better than this

"Good Job, Simple. Well I think that's us done with that Set of Ninjutsu Abilities, we're going to be learning some stronger ones next. Are you ready to move on to these techniques or are there any that we've gone through previously that you're still unsure of?"
