well my character takahisa uses fire and i feel like fire is the element made for fighting and there is lots of things you can do about it such as fire balls and fire animals like dragons and phoenixes and i guess it's kinda the best element over all

water?
ok water is strong agains water cause well you know water can turn of fire and kinda defend almost every thing that is made of water

and its weak agains agains earth cause i'm not sure but i guess cause its because it cant really get passed earth style and stones plus it can turn sand into mud which can make it more dangerous

I meant to say fire, but it's good that you know water's weaknesses and strengths. (By the way, earth absorbs water, you are correct, and makes it hard to use it forcefully against it.)

ok fire is weak agains water as i said before and its strong agains wind because when wind is combined with fire it only causes it become stronger like so instead of having a defense it kinda makes even stronger which has no use against fire at all

Yes, when fire is used to counter the wind, it actually overpowers it and becomes a stronger fire jutsu than the one that was originally sent at you.
For example, if they sent out a C-Rank wind jutsu at you, and you countered them with a C-Rank fire jutsu likewise, the move that is thrown back at them would become B-Rank.

well i'm not sure i guess it will fell warm....feel like there is something warm in my hand like my hand is near a hot thing or something like that

How would that fire feel if it was on your own hand?

i guess somehow like something liquid something i can actually touch but i'm not sure

Let's say you were at a campfire and you sat down before it.
How does the fire appear to you? Use as many details as possible.

first of all it would fell warm and it feels like my skin is burning but its not you cant look at it cause the hotness is too much that you skin can but your eyes cant handle it and it hurts after a while being near it cause the skin is weak against too much of it and can only handle the hotness for a short time

Alright, much better.
I want you to start focusing your Fire Affinity Chakra in the same way you saw that campfire. Focus the chakra from the inside of your body (as many of the jutsus will require inward chakra to start with) and then build it up within your mouth to release a small fireball. Maintain the chakra and also form it in your body.
