because the heat happens to make the water in the air turn back to liquid and cause clouds which is made fpr the rain but we can use the clouds as a electro magnetic field for our Lightning style jutsu...

ok i'll try my best
*takes out 3 shurikens holding them in his hands and then throws them at your clone in the mid air uses a hand seal as the shurikens go on fire the shurikens hit the clone in left leg/chest/ and one on the ground under his feet
then uses another hand seal as he pulls the strings that are attached to the shurikens to move his chakura into them and uses his chakura to inflame the shurikens once more and make a fire that starts to burn the clone*
so.....?

well i guess its usable against flying or any air opponent plus if you ask me it can even be used as some kind of defence too.. but well...i dunno...

Mkay, so fire can't really launch people into the air as it is not exactly solid like Water or Wind and lacks the force to do so. By the time your opponent is in the air, he would be burnt into a crisp.
This pillar is more like a defensive/offensive jutsu that is about three meters high. Can you think of uses for such a jutsu?
