The tempuraure here was too cold for one young girl alone to handle, though the view was outstanding. Annabel wasn’t a fan of happy things but for once in a while she needed small vacation from her village. She was about a few miles off the lands in this waterfall oasis with a rainbow gracefully dancing with the falling water. It was calm but Annabel wasn’t in a happy nor angered mood since simply came here to learn a new jutsu from a fellow clansman. She walked into the area and simply stopped as she saw him and without any emotion she simply walked towards him and sighed.

The flames are hot enough to quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a relatively short amount of time, in this instance the clouds within range. These massive streamed intense flames from the user have enormous range and can cover a huge area; forming a soggy-cloud like state of flames that cover the area skies. Then after the directly above air creates a powerful a sharp shift in air density levels near the ground. Positive points of this technique: Is perfect to set up for genjutsu user like myself since It can make false images of the user or anything Im hoping. The hand seal count is low as well, making it easier for us Uchhiha to use. It can stop water techniques up to A-rank as well which is a nice feat. It also provides a good counter to people who like to escape into the air.
Negative points of this technique? No much as that its S-ranked but othr then that it’s a pretty solid jutsu.
Combinations/Elemental usages? Genjutsu works well with the afterimage aspect of it. Can also work well with earth techniques that sends a targeti nto the sky like moving core etc,

Jakai noticed his good friend teaching a unique Fire jutsu to a fellow Uchiha. He then responded to him. Sure did! Nice technique bro! Jakai took a moment and thought of everything he needed to say.
Positive Points — This technique can effectively prevent the opponent entering the sky, it can prevent rain usage briefly, dry up high level water techniques (up to A-Rank), and can creating images that would work like Genjutsu.
Negative Points — This technique also prevents the user from entering the sky as well, as doing so would burn himself.
Combinations/Elemental Usages — I'd use this mainly in conjunction with Genjutsu, since the mirages can properly fool the opponent
Counter — I'd counter with a high level water technique to douse the flames in the sky
Opinion — Love the move. Very useful technique

Positive Points — This technique can dry up water techniques (up to A-Rank) becomes a good set up for a genjutsu combo and restricts the opponent from entering the sky.
Negative Points — Not much negatives tbh , only thing to note is that it not only restrict the opponent travel to the air but the users as well Combinations/Elemental Usages — Its a great setup for a Genjutsu, since you can combine the mirages with a gen.I would use this to counter a water tech being the first step in a 2 move genjutsu combo.
Counter — I would try to overpower it with a strong enough water attack creating a mist in the process

-The damage point. How does this manifest. The heat wave above carries 80 damage? If yes, is the heat wave visible or its a cloud of fire? What color? How high is this above us?
Can it be canceled anytime? Does this clear rain clouds or form clouds used for Kirin?
Can we move the cloud to another position?
It does not say anything about usages. Does this mean you can use it more than once?

The heat (invisible) above is scotching enough to localize the clouds, if you deem it to be. Therefore, if your opponents are above you, they'll burn from within their bodies alive. It manifests as flames at first, before fading to become heat which influences the area. The sky (cloud height) will inflict damage but not below, thus N/a below/ground level. It affects area only thus won't move, much like rain tiger at will. Yes, you can use it more than once
