Having previously performed the technique, it was easier to repeat it now. Urahara gathers and compresses a great amount of keigoku behind the portal, shaping it into a bolt of force lightning. Before opening the portal, he paused a bit to try and figure out how he would take control of the keigoku and reform it after having released it.

When ready, he opened a portal in front of him which allowed the bolt of force lightning to get released at great speed while also loosing a bit of its compression. Urahara took advantage of this, now it was easier for him to take control of the keigoku. Without wasting any time, he "tamed" the keigoku with his own chakra, allowing the bolt to separate much faster until it was only a large amount of senbon sized needles which still continued straight forward.

It was now possible to direct the keigoku as it was split into these senbons, keeping control over it, Urahara manipulates them to rotate 45 degrees to the left from their original trajectory.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave
Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

Very well done, that is the technique you have used, do you have any questions regarding said technique?

Thanks man =D

So if I use Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion to make a protal in front of me and then releases a fire ball that passes through that portal... I can basically then use the technique you've just taught me to manipulate the keigoku which was inside the fireball? (I think the answer is yes, but just wanted to make sure <_>)

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Self
Chakra: 30 (+10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.
Sorry for my questions xD

Yeah that would be possibile, any keigoku technique bar dark convergence can be remolded in to needles.
Okay for this technique you need to make four handseals, then i want you to focus on creating miniature portals, 8 in total they need to be formed one at a time, to surround an opponent completely, use that passing ronin over in the distance to demonstrate.

once the portals surround the opponent cause thick ropes of keigoku to fly from them all, binding the opponent, before forming a ninth portal just in front of his torso, this causes the true damage of the attack to take effect, preventing the opponent from moving completely and causing searing headaches and damage from the Keigoku in general.

Aaah that technique... one of my favorites.

As the teacher mentions the ronin, Urahara turns around to find him walking not too far away from them "Poor guy <.<"
Performing the 4 handseals, hethen created a first portal which was smaller than the one he had practiced to create before just behind the ronin. Still, having opened a bunch of portals before that wasn't that difficult. Right after having created the first one, he put effort on creating the other ones. One after another he made 8 of them. Although he felt like he made the portals slower than he was supposed to, they all ended up surrounding Urahara's target.

Urahara then manipulates keigoku to come out from each portal in the form of thick ropes simultaneously. They fly to the target and binds him. When that was done, Urahara finished by forming a ninth portal in front of the ronin's torso which would cause damage to the target.

Good now for the next challenge, i want you to try and think of one unique way to use this technique, or a combination of jutsu in which this technique would gain it's maximum effect much more easily.
This can be any combination of this and the base five, or nin gen and tai.
Please begin.

I could begin by using the Bringer of Darkness genjutsu technique then proceed by using the nekura technique. They would still be capable of using their other senses but would not be too certain about what is going on. This might buy me some time... maybe.

Another way could be to use techniques that restricts their movements such as Gushing water inprisonment, Swamp of the Underworld or a genjutsu such as Crushing Snake Constriction which would also immobilize the target. Basically a combo of technique that would restrict their senses and movement ability.

I'd personally use Nekura technique ---> Crushing Snake Constriction ---> Gushing water inprisonment
What would you suggest to me? O_O (and btw can we use this technique when the opponent is at mid-air... as in that it would keep him stationary in mid air when the jutsu binds him?)

Well due to the nature of Keigoku's intangibility i believe it would not suspend a target in mid air.
On to your question about usages, personally i would use this in a similar manner, but should the opponent attempt to avoid remember that you can also use cursed needle blood wave.
So personally i would only use one paralysing technique followed by this, saving room against the opponents reply to use cursed needle blood wave if they try to evade or escape, instead of using a third jutsu.

A portal opened in the sky. Dropping down from the ***** black darkness of the ominous portal, a man with a metal ring protruding from his back rose from his knee and looked at the man before him. With the portal closing, and his body slowly returning to an "average" state, Susano'o blinked slowly a few times as he looked at the man.

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 50 (+10 per turn active)
Damage Points: N/A (+15 to opponent for every taijutsu blow landed)
Description: The user will focus and open 4 human sized portals, one on each side of his body and a metre away from him, allowing massive amounts of Keigoku to pass through the portals and flow onto him. This large influx of chakra reacts with the symbol that every clansman has branded on them and causes it to go haywire, so to speak. Instead of projecting and guiding Keigoku, it causes the Keigoku to travel inwards, filling the user's tenketsu with keigoku, warping it's usage and causing the chakra to flow inwards, preventing Ninjutsu or genjutsu usage as long as it is active as the chakra cannot be molded correctly. As the Keigoku flows inwards, it corrupts the user at the very core, literally turning him into a solid manifestation of Keigoku, causing building damage to the user over a series of turns. Taijutsu attacks are augmented through the usage of this, adding properties of being exposed to Keigoku with each strike that lands.
Unfortunately, there are more drawbacks than benefits; the longer the user has this jutsu active, the more at risk he is of fatally harming himself from the reverted flow of chakra. If active for longer than two turns, upon deactivation the user can only use taijutsu attacks for two turns as it takes time for the user's tenketsu to start it's correct flow. The user also can not use any Keigoku techniques of S-rank and higher while this is active. While this is active, the user is vulnerable to sealing jutsus that seal away elements and/or jutsus.
The Nekura requires special training and must be Black Knight or above to utilize this jutsu. To add to this, this jutsu can only be used twice, lasting at a maximum of 3 three turns each turn with a build up period of at least 2 turns in between usage.

So you're a member of the clan? As part of my duties, I was asked to take over a few trainings... Why one such as myself needs to do such things, I know not, but having men who can fight for themselves instead of relying on others is good. So, please, before we begin I will need to see your Mark of the Demon, and then every technique you have learned thus far.

A wild portal appears and Urahara notices a darkened shinobi dropping drown from that portal alongside some keigoku, it would seem as if that person was keigoku itself. After the man addressed Urahara, the apprentice nekura tipped his hat and replied while showing the nekura mark on his palm.

Thank you for taking over my training. So far I've only learned Unholy Conversion, Force Lightning and Cursed Blood Needle Wave...

(I think I also learned Nine Sunlight Traps but ReXii didn't post the technique to make it official yet)

Interesting...
(Bakudō no Shichijūkyū: Kuyō Shibari) - Way of Binding Number Seventy Nine: Nine Sunlight Traps
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:The user makes four handseals, causing eight small portals to emerge on all sides around the opponent, a metre away. Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a multitude of ropes, that seek to ensnare the target. If they are successful in capturing the target and immobilizing him, a ninth portal opens up a few inches in front of his torso, and completes the binding, restricting the opponent from all motion. If the opponent however, avoids being caught in the ropes from the first eight portals, nothing occurs. Upon being bound, the opponent takes 30 damage due to being in contact with Keigoku, and gets a searing headache that disrupts his concentration.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.
Alright, so I am to assume that you know how to open portals, and even multiple portals, and draw Keigoku from them. So for this next technique, it will combine everything you know. First, you will open quite a number of portals in the sky. They don't have to be big, they just have to be many. Then, from each other portals, you will need to draw small "droplets" of Keigoku; as air will naturally pass through the substance, you don't have to worry about air resistance, which means these droplets can essentially look however you want, though it's generally simpler to just have them as raindrops. As the Keigoku falls down onto your opponent, and everyone else around you, the sudden, sharp mental pains will, essentially, just break concentration and make advanced techniques impossible to use. It's a very good technique for forcing your opponent to use only certain moves. So go ahead and try it.

Urahara begins by creating many portals in the sky, ranging from around 15 meters radius around himself and his teacher. Each portal approximately having the size of 4x4 meters. He then sends some of his own chakra through those portals to tame keigoku from the moon. Once tamed, Urahara separates that keigoku chakra turning them to droplets of rain which he then "drags" through the portal from the moon back to the shinobi world. This causes a rain of keigoku which does not harm Nekuras, as their body is used to keigoku, but should harm other shinobis when in contact with this rain.

Now to test your analytical abilities. What is the weak point of this technique? Where is the drawback? At the same time, I'd like to hear your opinion on the opportune time to use this technique. I have to be just as sure that you can use it at the right time, that you can use it effectively, as I need to be that you can use it correctly.

As in, this technique's weaknesses? I guess one of its weak points would be that it is rather easily noticeable. The sky is filled with portals which would also cause the ground to darken. Though the greatest weak point would probably be the keigoku's intangibility level. If the user is Paladin rank or below, it can be countered by having a technique of more or less solidity cover the sky between the rain of keigoku and the non-nekura. But if above Paladin rank, it would be hardly counterable.

For the user, I don't believe there are any drawbacks. As for a non-nekura, this would prevent them from using high ranked techniques which require great concentration (such as genjutsu and medjutsu) or a long set of handseals.

I personally wouldn't hesitate to take advantage of its usage from the very beginning (although I shouldn't) as the technique lasts for 2 turns. This would leave the opponent having to protect himself from the keigoku or just be unable to fully concentrate for that duration. But in special cases, I would use this technique if I loose sight of my opponent (depending on the situation ofc). If they use Tiger at Will (I believe that would make it more difficult for them to detect me since keigoku would be spread across the battlefield?). Would also use it against opponents who have great speed such as swift release users or EIG. Other than that, I would also use it to cancel a technique that requires my opponent to keep focus on, such as those large-scaled techniques while also allowing me to harm them.

OMG Tsuki why are you so behind???
There is only myself to blame <.<

Hm... Interesting thoughts. Though it disturbs all techniques of high concentration.
(Togesuzumebachi no Ame) - Rain of Stinging Wasps
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 30 ( +5 per turn )
Damage: 60
Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide, causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause. This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.
This will be the final technique you can learn of the Nekura clan. First, you will need to perform six handseals. Afterwards, you form six portals around your target, trapping them in a box. From there, Keigoku will pour out of the portals and form a black coffin, with the Keigoku from the bottom portal pouring out after the others. You may then cause the portals to disappear. Afterwards, you can cause the Keigoku to spike inwards like spears, piercing all inside with the mentally-damaging chakra. As with the previous technique, an analysis will be required.

I start by performing six handseals as I then make 6 portals appear about my opponent. The portals make a coffin around so one from each side, on from the top and one from below the opponent. Then, using my own chakra through the portal, I tame keigoku from the moon which I then manipulate to pass through all the portals at once, except from the one below, forming them into walls made out of keigoku. The one from below is made shortly after the other ones. Once the opponent is completely encased in that coffin of keigoku walls, I make the portals disappear then manipulate the keigoku to spike inwards, piercing through my opponent, also delivering mental damage.

So the most obvious weak point would be that the portal from below creates its keigoku wall a bit later than the others. This allows the opponent to evade from below without us noticing by normal means since we're also not capable of seeing them due to them being inside that black coffin. Though one could anticipate that they'll sneak from below so the user can follow up with an attack that would damage shinobis who're below the ground. Another way would be to get airborne or be airborne before performing the black coffin technique. This being said, it's a nice technique to use if you want your opponent to go below the ground, trapping himself there. If they happen to choose the option of "breaking through" the black coffin, they might experience some mental damage depending on how they do so and the user can still manipulate the remaining keigoku with Cursed Blood Needle wave to harm them once more (?).

I don't think going underground to avoid is a good idea. The entire structure, when done correctly, can be created in the time it takes to throw a kunai. If the opponent tries to go underground in this time, the Keigoku could probably still spill out and harm them mid-technique, which in some cases can be more dangerous than if they simply tried to run through a wall. And yes, this can be reformed with Crimson Blood Needle Wave, as all Keigoku techniques. Even if you trap them and then stab them internally as the technique is intended, you can still reform the coffin to stab them once again.
( Hadō no Kyūjū: Kurohitsugi ) - Way of Destruction Number Ninety: Black Coffin
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user makes six handseals, causing portals to emerge on all sides around the opponent, a few metres away. Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a black coffin-shaped box surrounding the opponent, large enough to trap two people. The box covers the opponent in all sides, including above and below ( however the portal from below only appears as the other sides have been fully created ); contact with it makes the opponent's head ache badly. As soon as the box forms fully, taking around the same time it takes to throw a kunai, spears of Keigoku manifest themselves on the walls and shoot inward, impaling an opponent caught within it. This causes severe mental agony, causing the opponent to feel exhausted and collapse temporarily for one turn.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.
Now, if you have any questions, now would be the time to ask.
