Lightning Release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing the user, piercing damage and fast movement.
Lightning Release also, allows the user to paralyse the target, so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. Lightning can be also infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations. Lightning Release is common to the ninja of Kumogakure.
Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and it rips the earth apart, but it is weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.
Lightning has a unique relation with water, since water conducts electricity. This means that a Water Release technique can be used to increase the damage of a Lightning Release technique. I start by gathering chakra. As i feel if that i have gathered enough chakra on my palms, I then convert the chakra, molding and compressing the chakra to Raiton chakra. I then, concentrating on power and control, channel chakra to my right hand while increasing the vibratory rates of my chakra. Forming bolts of lightning, I then release them in front of me.

I once again begin by focusing my chakra to my right hand while simultaneously increasing the vibratory rates of my chakra. Once I've focused a sufficient amount of energy into my right hand, that the lightning is made visible, I slam my hand on the ground, releasing the raiton chakra into the earth sending a surge of lightning quickly that races across the ground.

I have a question, since those techniques are D-Rank, will they actually hurt the opponent and by that I mean, will they do serious damage?

Nope. Not much damage at all. It won't even stun them. Might shock them a little, but that's all. Alright here's a list of all the D rank justu. You've shown enough skill to me that you understand simple justu. Any question concerning these ?

However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.
This justu is unique. To preform it you'll form the required set of 2 handseal while running up the face of a cliff to cause the stone and rock above you to become dislodged and come down from above down onto your opponent by using a wave of electrical energy to do so. This will only work in very special cases where there is a mountainous terrain and so happens to be one behind you.

They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s.
This justu is simple. To preform it you take out a sword and channel your lightning chakra into it. After that's done you are to control the lightning inside of the sword and cause it to levitate. Finally you'll then multiply the swords to create 2 extra resulting in 3 in total which you will control to spin rapidly and sent forward towards your opponent.
