Genjutsu- It is the art of controlling the senses of your opponent to your advantage. There are various ways in which a genjutsu can be cast using eyes or even your hands can be simply used to cast a genjutsu. In a genjutsu u control the electrical impulses that guide your brain thus making ones opponent see or feel whatever u want....this being said a genjutsu can be broken by sudden upsurge of ones chakra, through excessive bodily pain, Or if someone else touches your body disturbing the chakra flow
Genjutsu users: There are many genjutsu users in narutoverse though none of them could even be close to the mastery that Uchiha Itachi had over genjutsu.....

Description: The user controls creates a false surrounding which can change the way an object or small area looks(if used double then its a layer of false surroundings not easy noticed by the enemy).
Picture this area in your mind, then picture the small changes you do to this area and use your chakra to cause my brain go nuts, making me see them aswell.
Ok so i quickly form a mental image of a surrounding i would intend my opponent to see and then again go through the details of that surrounding once perfected i now release a steady stream of my chakra into your brain causing u to see the same surroundings!!

Apparently you can use it double to hide an illusion within the illusion, meaning that once the target dispels the first illusion, a second is hidden inside of it and the surroundings change again. ( Think of it as if there were two of them - Get rid of one and you'll have second left which can be completely different from the first one )

Flower Petal escape. This works pretty much like the same as False Surroundings. Confuse me, make me see that you disappear in swarm/swirl/something of flower petalsi remember that line the last time u went inactive it was plastered on your wall

Right so as u look towards me u now see a suddenly mild wind starts blowing and then it seems like the wind caused a swarm of flower petals to surround me and dance around me now while u are mesmerized by the flower petals i quickly vanish from your line of sight and when u blink again u see that i have disappeared
