I take out a scroll and quickly makes some scribbles on it. I scribble the word "Fire" and then I make 4 handseals. After that a vapour comes out of the scroll with my scribbles and doodles and envelops the fire which is in front of me and "grabs" it and drags it in to the scroll

With this technique you can dispel sealing methods B rank and below through channeling your chakra directly into the seal. Although only works with B ranks or below. You don't have to perform this, just say you understand will be enough.

Description: The user takes out two bladed objects and crosses them. This creates a seal that seals away 50% of the chakra of any opponents within short-range of the user, allowing them to use only upto A-rank techniques.

Note: If the opponent moves out of short range, he regains his original abilities

I take out two swords. I then channel my chakra through the blades and I cross them and release my gathered chakra to create a seal. The seal drains 50% of my target's chakra...
good, if you're a kenjutsu user using this with a sword and kunai if you're opponent is in close range and about to do a S rank attack. You can stop it with this.
( Keiyaku Fūin ) – Contract Seal

Description: The user, after having obtained some of the opponent's blood, touches a summoning that the opponent is controlling, causing a kanji formula to generate which forces the summoner to lose control of that summon. The summon does not fight for the user, but instead disappears back to its summon realm.
Note: Can only be used twice.
So you can't really perform this one in training and it's so specific that this really only one way to use it. You'd have to first get your opponents blood and then touch the summoning they control. Doing so will make the summoner lose control of the summon. However, you don't get to control the summon it just goes back home.
( Suji Haji Fūin ) - Muscle Restriction Seal

Description: A special fuuinjutsu utilized by taking a tag that bears the symbol for "Restrict". When placed upon the opponent it generates an electrical current that is not physically harmful. However this flows through the nervous system and restricts the movement of muscles. This slows down the opponent and prevents him from using A-rank Tai and above for three turns.
So, take out a tag and write the symbol for Restrict on it. Then place the tag on my clones head and activate the seal. It won't make my clone poof, however it'll be stuck in place and not being able to move.

I quickly take out and tag and doodle the kanji for "restrict" and I then slap it on your clones head and activate the seal....Cause a current to run through its body slow him down

The casters can add a secondary barrier inside to prevent them from being attacked by enemies caught within the square; although by doing so, they are unable to attack as well.

I create 4 clones. The close then spread out to form a rectangular area around us. They then all display the snake handseal to create a large barrier around us

Once the Shinigami has grasped the opponent, he is completely immobile, although he can use weapons, summonings already existing, etcetera to try and kill the user before the technique completes. At the user's command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing, locking away the victim and the user's soul to battle for all eternity in the Shinigami's stomach.
Note: If used by the user himself, causes him to die.
Note: This technique can be used only a maximum of two times by clones, and once by the user himself.
These two you can't really use now, especially the last one but just say you understand.

The other one is what everyone knows, Minato and Hiruzen used it.

For this one, you place the tag on an opponent (Any body part), the tag then burns in to the target's skin. While in the skin, the seal acts like a magnet and draws chakra to flow toward it. Similar to a mosquitto bite, the blood rushes to the area. In this case it's the chakra that runs to a certain area. Causing like a traffic jam inside the opponent. As he wants the chakra to go to his mouth, but the chakra instead is going to his foot.

Any enemy that makes contact with the formula becomes unable to mold chakra as the sealing technique drains his chakra and his stamina. If the enemy manages to escape the seal, he will recover use of his chakra.
Note: Usable twice per battle.

The first one is very very handy in the NW. Igneel and I use it all the time. Even against the Akatsuki

This one works like an exncrypted telephone.
The two ninjas each carry a scroll with a certain formula. When something is written on the scroll, it appears on the other connected scrolls.
Uses a key of unique handseals to activate
This basically creates a zone where when the target is in the zone, they won't be able to mold the chakra as their chakra and stamina are drained. Similar to how while Hidan was in his circle x stuff happened. And when he left the zone, x stuff didn't happen.
