Your opponent won't know that these can or could follow you, so yeah, if they use a fire technique that overpowers it or cause it to disperse like everyone does once reading the description of course, then they're done for. But, use the kunai as your advantage so they'll think it's a basic kunai infused with wind so that they'll either deflect it or stuff. Otherwise, they would metagame or the things that people call these days. You can multiply them too, but only the kunai's so you could confuse your opponent to causing the kunai to hide in the thousand other kunai's so once they change into a tornado, the kunai's will merge with the wind, creating a deadly tornado filled with kunai's.You need kunai to use this technique.
