Description: The user lights their hari with their chakra.
When the needles tips of the needles contact skin, they burn the opponents skin and inject poison into their body.

Similar to the other fire technique, you gather your fire chakra in your hand and use shape manlipulation on it to create needles of fire that is tipped with poison, if it touches the targets body it will burn right though them.

Description: The user focuses chakra into his/her lungs or mouth.
Then they release their chakra from their mouth to create a large beam of lightning. When the chakra is released, everything in its way will be destroyed, but not humans.

Pretty basic, you gather up a large amount of lighting chakra then you release it via your mouth, that will create a huge beam of lighting that will damage humans but not kill them/destroy them, but everything else that isn't human gets destroyed.

Question: Summoning animals, how does that work for them? They aren't human but.

First; You can use the technique on your hair (hence the ''hari'') but, to make this less confusing, just a needle you shape into your hand, and can expand it up to long range hence the mid-long to not make it so OP that you can expand your hair with the technique, not to mention your hair containing lethal flammable toxic. But, because it's described in the technique hari, I guess it's hair. (Gotta talk with Scorps about this)

Second; Clones and Summons, yes. Because they're basically chakra and made out of chakra, and the beam of light can destroy anything if filled with chakra or whatsoever. (Following the elemental weaknesses and strengths of course) So, it can destroy ground, trees, rivers and chakra. So ANYTHING, except for humans. And it's quite the big technique. (Bijuu blast from the Jinchuuriki's? Starts tiny, and expands with the second)

Description: This jutsu is when the user spits out a gooey and sticky thing. It is honey. When it is spit out, the opponent can't move.

Pretty much, you release chakra that is somewhat sticky. You aim it, causes your opponent to be stuck.

How big is honey? How is it honey? Is it released as a stream, or as a ball of sorts?

(Kumokasumi Saezuru) - Disappearing Chirps

Description: The user does the Tiger hand seal. When your opponent attacks you, you disappear into 10 birds flying and chirping away.
You reappear 30 meters away from where you disappeared.

Similar to the fire one, but instead you turn into 10 birds, and unlike the other you reappear 30 meters away from where you used this technique.

Description: Makarov exudes a constant surge of destructive lightning that surrounds him, which shakes the surrounding environment and destroys stuff within the vicinity, he feels hate and anger running trough his whole body getting the relish to destroy everyone who harmed or attacked his friends, allies or himself, his eyes will become white causing lightning currents surround him and during this state, Makarov will also be able to walk or run around while having the lightning currents cover his body, and while doing so, every forbidden earth technique and below will crumble when it comes in contact with Makarov.
Note: Every C-Ranked water technique and below will evaporate because of the high ranked lightning covering him, every Water technique above that rank will be lethal for Makarov.
Note: Because of the high ranked lightning, not even forbidden ranked Earth technique's are able to handle the lightning currents
Note: The user won't be able to perform any Lightning technique's the following turn after dis-activating it
Note: All wind techniques lose one rank when performed.

Pretty much you send your lighting chakra all around your body to cause a surge of lighting chakra around you, the users eyes turn white out of rage. Every earth technique crumbles if it hits this technique even Forbidden ones; C-rank and below water will evaporate.

How long does this last for? One turn, two?

Stiff honey is a simple stream of honey, straight forward but can also be used in front of you as an wall once spit onto the ground in an oblique manner in front of you making kunai's shurikens unable to pierce through pure because of the sticky properties and well, quite the handy technique.

Well, yes. The birds fly at the same speed of average normal birds so this technique should actually only be used when your opponent is busy with other stuff or both your visions are blocked because these 30 birds are like your organ, and when a bird gets struck, you lose either your sight, hearing or even your intestines. So be carefull and be sure not to get attacked while in this form.

It stays activated until it gets neutralized with another element, an example is that this can protect you from an A-Ranked wind technique or lower or can even destroy forbidden earth technique's. A small example is when an A-Ranked earth golem clashes with this Giant wrath, it'll continue surging around you like nagashi but then in a weakened state; B-Ranked and so on (elemental strengths and weaknesses)

(Genjutsu: Osoroshii Seppuku) - Illusionary Arts: Dreadful Evisceration

Description: "Illusionary Arts: Dreadful Evisceration is a terrifying technique that strikes fear into the hearts of all who witness it. It was originally developed for the purposes of judicial execution, but was soon adapted by ninja for use in battle." After the hand seals Ram → Dog, the opponent will be placed in a genjutsu. The opponent will believe that their stomach is getting cut open. The victim is then compelled to disembowel himself with their hands because of the of the effects of this Genjutsu. Since vital organs are being pulled out from said stomach in the process the opponent will believe that he is dying but in reality is in shock and unable to move.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per-match.
- Have to wait one turn before it can be used again.
- No Genjutsu next turn.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.
