[Method]

You begin by gathering your Raiton chakra & have it travel into the ground underneath you, as you do manipulate the chakra having it form a thin plate that spans out 3 meters, the plate would be just underneath the crust leaving a gap of 5cm.

Description: The user's chakra begins travelling into the ground forming a plate spanning out 3 meters all around, the plate is formed 5cm under the ground & leaves a dim glow through the ground, the glow itself is visible by the opponent from Mid range onward and if in short range would need to face down to notice it. Once the opponent steps upon the plate's area it begins to brighten(at what point the opponent would notice the brightness even if facing the user) while also having electrical currents rush through the ground & numb the opponent's legs causing them to fall to the ground. The opponent would still control their body from the waist up. Earth jutsu that form under the user would have no effect within the 3 meters, from either opponent or user.

When an opponent steps within the boundaries of the plate it will automatically begin brightly glowing while simultaneously sending an electrical current to run through the ground & spread across the opponent's legs leading them to become completely numb, dropping them to the ground. They will still have full use of their upper body but you should have enough time to catch them off guard, as any would when an opponent loses their balance.

Alrighty then. You simply gather a vast amount of raiton chakra into you finger tips. You then stab your fingers into an opponent releasing all of the pent up raiton chakra channeling it into the opponent's body as a strong electrical current.

I start off by extending my left arm forward in front of me, I then begin gathering a large amount of Raiton chakra around my left hand concentrating it into my fingers tips, a small aura forms around my fingers & as it does I draw my left arm back & rapidly thrust it forward into your chest U_U
