they have nothing to appeal against though really because the films they have ripped (the companies) could easily sue them for more if they took it individually so they are lucky that they are only getting prosecuted with what they have been!

All the cracked releases/rips are coming from scene and usually stolen from private trackers. They do not crack/rip or do anything with the files themself therefore they cannot be sued.Ouch
They should do what watch links do they have a disclaimer which says that its not them and that all they are doing are posting links from other sites that way they have their butts covered
and its not illegal then!Actually it is like that, look at almost any game release... Like Pure-RELOADED, the reloaded stands for the scene group that cracked it and shared it. They just have a tracker running and the .torrent files stored on their servers, but not the files themself. They never do the rips themself, if you were on a private tracker (FtN/ScT/SCC/TL/T-D/GFT/TGB/SiT/ScR and etc.) you would know that they provide scene releases only and the very good speeds there cannot be compared to the speeds you would get on TPB.They should do what watch links do they have a disclaimer which says that its not them and that all they are doing are posting links from other sites that way they have their butts covered
