Looks: Fitting with his power over ice, Touya has slicked-back blue hair, with four green strands jutting downwards on the left side of his face. He is short of stature but mature with his facial expression, head up straight with composure and with pointy eyelids and low, bushy blue eye-brows, giving the impression that he is always keeping his sight on a certain object. He wears a fishnet undershirt and over it a dark blue shirt with lighter blue pants. Touya wears a one-shouldered white tunic with a lavender gem on the shoulder, and his purple belt is also decorated with a lavender gem. Under Touya's shirt he hides a necklace made of daimond along with a ring on his right hand.
Personality: Touya displays a calm exterior when he was fighting, being intelligent enough as to not underestimate his enemy, even if they happened to be handicapped and attacks with the same level of strategy as his opponent, always thinking of what the opponent might plan next.

Background Info.
History:
Not much is known of Touya's past other than he was with a large group of bandits preforming large theift runs and trades with many villages, untill one day he was captured by Kirigakure gaurds while trying to escape after a raid on the Kirigakure vaults looking for a easy grab and go for some much needed money for the bandits. While he was being interagated by the gaurds the Mizukage came in wanting to know why he had not been notified of the capture, while he was busy with the gaurds Touya took this chance to escape, breaking free of his ropes he began to run only to be caught off gaurd by the Mizukage slamming him into a wall being knocked out. When Touya finally awoke he found himself in a room with a woman pacing back and fourth from where he was laying down apon a bed, he roose from the bed slowly wondering how he had been brought here, before he knew what has happening the woman was infront of him calling him cute and adorible. Once Touya regained himself he started to yell at her saying u dont call a man cute, but he was interupted by the sound of a door slaming open he looked up thinking "what now" only to see 3 guards ready to attack, then the woman stepped towards them saying it was alright then she closed the door, and turned to him saying calm down then she began to explain what he was doing here and who she was. The woman was the daughter of the Mizukage, her name is Yukina, Touya was being helded in the room so that the Mizukage could speak with him when he awoke. After Yukina had finished there was a knock on the door and the Mizukage entered saying "good ur awake", Touya watch him he entered and sat down in a chair in the corner. The Mizukage looked at Touya and Touya asked "what is it that u wanted to speak to me about?" after Touya had spoke the Mizukage asked his daughter to make some tea for them, after she left the room the Mizukage started asking Touya about his parent and Touya blew him off with a "hell if i know, why does it matter?", the Mizukage was surprised with his answer and started asking other questions of Touya. "Well then if u dont know then do u know where u resived that necklace and that ring?", Touya stated that "ive had them since i can remember. Why?" The Mizukage paused for a second and then stated "Because that necklace belonged to the second brother of the Yuki clan leader and the ring to his wife." Touya stared at him in amazement. Then the Mizukage then began again "so u realy didnt know?" Touya quickly stated "Of course not, how could i have, the clans gone isnt it?" The Mizukage replied with "There are still survivers, obvesly." Touya brushed back his hair back calmly and asked "what does that have to do with any of this? i tried to steal from the Kirigakure vaults." the Mizukage told him everything else he knew of the second brother of the Yuki Clan. Then the Mizukage told him of the plan that he and the second brother had for their children, their children were to be married after hearing that Touya said "ah well good for thee...." then with a blank look on his face he then said "what?" The Mizukage smiled and repeated himself, then said "yes its true, u were to wed my daughter whom was just here with you."
