i like this idea, tournament, but it shall be separated into different sections, gennin against genning and the best genning can be incorporated in the chounin tournament, then it will be chounin vs chounin-genin the best of the tournament go to the jounin, then it will be jounin vs jouniin-chounin-gennin, consequently.

also the arena should be randomized in each battle, for example one battle in the forest then a separate battle in the dessert etc, luckily u might get your elemental advantage

so it will be a progressive tournament from lower ranks to higher ranks..beacuse if u trow them all together it will just be a big mess and like neutrino said there are lower ranks that have better battle techniques than higher ranks.

also the tournament should be announced and a month of training should be given to get experience

i don't think the mods will do it, as for they are lazy (at least most of them) and they rather continue to do their normal stuff on nb like chat and make sure a limited amount of ppl don't say stupid things than organized a tournament. I don't know what happened to them they used to be good about stuff like this.
